What was good

Location was the best, staff was extremenly helpful, elevators was excellent, view was very nice, parking was easy, hotel h

What was bad

They only clean room twice in 8 days. sink was clogged. they charged my CC 3 weeks before I even stayed. No other Hotel Ive stayed at in 25 yrs does that. No new towels, Ice machine was broken. Hotel gouged me and hit me with a Hotal Tax, Hotel fee etc after I checked in. Parking shouldve been gratis for guest and they hit me for a fee for that also. All said and done, they charged me an additional $300 plus the $210 / nite when I couldve been at a much better hotel for that price.
