Villas Brites

Just returned from a weeks stay in Villa no 4 it was a good size for 4 people although there were only 2 of us. We really wish there were more comfortable chairs in the living room. The only seating other than the table and chairs was a sofa which was quite bench like, hard cushions and quite upright. This would seat 3 in a row but not enough room for 4 people. The kitchen was well equipped, the house keeper was lovely and very helpful and supplied us with endless clean towels. We had a few issues with wifi connection but the owner was quick to respond to messages and to sorted out the problem. The pool area was clean and well kept. The complex on the whole was quiet except for the bar next door which was very popular with the British who seemed to meet there from late morning through to the early hours and at times were very loud. Our bedroom was right next door and the noise was quite annoying when trying to sleep. The evening of the 'sing along' I'm afraid wasn't a pleasant experience! We chose the Villa because of the location being close to the centre of the village with its many restaurants and bars and within easy walking distance 'down' to the beach with its lovely beach bar/restaurant. Parking was in the road and on all but one occasion we managed to find a space opposite the villa. It is purely because of the lack of comfortable seating and the noise from the bar next door that I rate this Villa a 4 and not a 5
