Nomad planet, a really great place to chill out and relax, a nice small glamping  experience. We had the tree house which is very new, nice decor owners are very helpful with local information. 
If you want busy then this is not for you, if you want fantastic views and location in the mountains then this is for you.
We did this as part of our Portugal Spain motorcycle your this year. Small great and sociable & proper rural Portugal . Would recommend.  


Chill out few days 

Very nice, beautiful place, very comfortable yurts, lovely bed. Clean and confortable bathroom and nice breakfast. We had lots of rain durring our stay which is rare for May. But we still had a great experience, the surroundings are beautiful, calm and full of history and natural beauty. You have to like peace and quite, but lots of things to do and to see. The yurt is very cosy and very comfortable, perfect for family, friends or a romantic getaway which was our case :)

A haven of peace in the breathtaking natural park Gêres, in Portugal

We've spent two nights in Nomad Planet in our first glamping experience. First, the setting is splendid, really peaceful and beautiful. Then, the yurts are really sweet and comfortable. You have one bed and one extra sort of "sofa" and a table, armoir, bedtables with lamps.
The owners are really nice and left us totally at ease, and they really know the area so it's a good idea to ask them for tips on where to go and see if you're short on time, etc.
The experience was very positive - even though it rained the entire time - and I will recommend the place.
The only negative thing we can identify is the length one has to walk in the rain to use the bathroom, but come on, there has to be some "camping" feeling in the middle of all the glamour!

First "glamping" experience

Sleeping in a warm mongolian yurt with a 5 star view and freezing outside it’s just fantastic. We were just 2 but the tent easily accommodates 4. And then, making your meals and having your breakfast in a tipi is also very unusual but ads to this nature experience.  The staff was very friendly and treated us just like their relatives. Breakfast was ok (I just wished the orange juice was natural instead of bottled and the small cookies were cracking and not “old”). Sharing the tipi-kitchen and the bathrooms between the 4 yurts can be fine or not… we experienced both as we met with some nice people and shared experiences while cooking and eating but we also had some not so good experience with women WC’s (since there are only 4 yurts to 2 bathrooms I would recommend they build 2 more and each yurt gets a WC…). The surroundings are just beautiful and just a couple of kms away you have really lovely sites for those you enjoy nature and very untouchable views.

Very nice experience if you like Nature and staying in the wild

We stayed a long weekend. Excellent. Definitely recommend. We are going back when it snows. Lots to do in the area.
Hosts are very friendly and knowlegeable.
Breakfast was excellent. Yurts were lovely and comfortable, come rain or shine with centre roof opening to let sun in or cosy electric woodburner effect stove for colder evenings. Loved the sound of owls, the sight of stars in the sky at night without light pollution and the view onto the river with mountains behind ...lovely location... also relaxing time in hammocks to chill , read a book and have a glass of wine.... shower rooms were spacious, clean and fun to get to in the night with torch.  Great place all round ,  go and explore ...
