Nice location in old area of Alfama.Tricky to find if you don't have GPS.Ad says it has clothes washer but it wouldn't work and manager never responded to my message about it.Less important was the lack of an iron the ad says it has.It has a small kitchen I never really used.

Lovely hidden gem next to the tram 28 looks just as nice if not nicer in photos, lovely stay :)

lovely location right by the tram line 28  roomy and with a nice flair-  smelly bathroom (sewage?) with a little bit of mold in the shower-  thin walls and thus somewhat noisy-  two single beds not exactly usable as a double bed as bed frames like to "wander"

Location was great, on tram route 28 outside door. But so small, would be more suitable for 1 person.

Nice room in the heart of alfama.  Room was quite small and had no windows but was perfect for what I needed it for. Close to some pretty spectacular views of Lisbon. Only thing is if you have an early flight do not stay in Alfama. It was nearly impossible to get an Uber or a cab in the early hours of the morning and I almost missed my flight

Personally I didn't have an understanding on why a one bedroom is half the size of a studio , I feel like I was cheated when booking a one bedroom and paid more for it  than a studio. The pictures on Hotels.com are not in corralation with what I booked at the time . The owner blamed me for not checking instead of making it right and working with me on fixing the problem.I left early and booked another place and paid again . For that reason, I will give it the lowest rating .

Business trip to Lisbon

Clean and tidy. Sweet little bedsit and beautiful scenery close by

The apartment was great, exactly what we needed. Nicely decorated and comfy beds/ sofa bed and the view from the balcony to the river was beautiful. The Alfama Dreams Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Would definitely return!

Great apartment, location and staff!

Great location and modern decor. Good for a couple for a few nights. However not suitable for a family. We’d booked a room with a cot for our 9 month old. We arrived and there was no cot even though I’d emailed before we arrived.  The sofa bed was the only thing offered which isn’t suitable as he rolls during the night which made this dangerous.  The lady apologised but didn’t really give us a better solution. Also our sons knees were black within minutes of crawling on the floor so floors could do with a clean. Lastly the shower kept flooding and the toilet was faulty too. We were only there a couple of nights so put up with it but really disappointing as it has so much potential

Good area, very good and clean Room .Easy access to all Lisbon with public transportation.
