This is a family business, with nice people. Very nice and new hotel. The breakfast was delicious. Zakopane is close to main street! 
One negative was the room was cold. I recommend everyone to bring heater. (Otherwise I recommend this for all accommodation, as well as elsewhere, so we were already in Zakopane.)

Stayed here after the strong winds last year, after Christmas. Lovely building - looks like a picture postcard. The room was very big with a great bathroom with power shower. The owners were also very helpful and friendly. Recommend it highly - great value.

Spacious rooms with comfy beds and super soft bedding. Perfectly clean. Lovely strong hot shower. Generous breakfast. Only 10 minutes walk to town centre, or if you go in the other direction, to the National Park for breathtaking walks! Uniquely friendly and helpful owner - nothing was too much trouble. Idylic view from room - quiet mountain stream 5 m from balcony! Perfect - will stay again!

Beautiful Bed and Breakfast

Great location and hotel

Friendly, Comfortable family-run hotel. Good location.

The LOCATION, it is all the way in the mountains, almost the last street. Very safe place, surrounded, by houses and an adorable creek. Come fed, nothing to eat in the place or where to heat up, nothing close by ether or on your way up. You can walk to the main street, it's about 15 mins. Very beautiful walk.  The ROOM was small (expected for the price), clean, the bathroom clean. I was cold, the temperature really drops there and I was never able to make the heater work. Try to get the attention of the Mr./owner, but he was busy in one of the rooms watching TV super loud. The water was plenty hot to be able to  shower. The bed was simple, clean and comfortable. The BREAKFAST, just ok. you don't leave starving/but not all that satisfied, unless you love candy. For some reason they have a good variety of Polish candies. You have to pay CASH and he speaks no English.

All in the Mountains

Upon our arrival we were greeted by the owner Henryk,and taken to our room. We booked the pension for 3 nights but decided to extend the stray by 4 more. We booked triple room but initially were put to a double. Thought will raise the double room instead of a triple room issue  after we've had something to eat.  When we came back to the pension all our stuff including our passports  were transferred to a triple room. We found it appalling that someone dared to do that while we were away from our room. When I was booking the room I specifically asked for a quiet room and was assured all of them are quiet- not true! could hear every movement in the kitchen and dining..but the worst were the mattresses.. had very restless nights and on the 3rd night advised the owner we are leaving because we were very uncomfortable and sore. I asked the owner to reimbursed me for the 4 nights I had to pay cash in advance. I was told the wife Liliana must decide about it and also Booking.com. The wife advised she will not refund me any money to which I responded that we are leaving not because we don't like location but because it is impossible to have a good night  rest and that is why we were there-to rest and relax on our holidays. The hotel is supposed to provide comfort and the most important thing would be to provide comfortable bed for the guest. The next thing Liliana did was to verbally abuse me over the phone claiming I was trying to get refund for the double room instead of a triple. ridiculous claim. I felt very uncomfortable at that stage. Also, double extra wide bed is 2  single beds with wooden boxes joined together so you are still sleeping separately At the end she agreed to 50% refund..we walked down the street and booked beautiful 4 star property Belvedere  hotel where beds were very comfy and we were welcomed and treated with respect.
