If guests want to go straight to their facility on the day of arrival without the need to come to the reception, we can preauthorize the card remotely (all is needed is the number and expiration date of the card (not require a CVC code) so the transaction is safe). Or guests can come to the reception for a pre-authorization.
Reception is located at 18 Ruska Street (ie about 500 m from the facility) and it is open daily from 8:00 to 24:00. After completing the formalities guest will receive codes for self-check-in. |
