First of all I would like to thank Mr Tomas from the office because my plane was late and I arrived to P&Oapartments office after 11pm but Mr Tomas was waiting for me, explained me everything about the apartment and even ordered a taxi from their nice office on the Old Town to the apartment neraby.
Apartment was really very clean and modern, there is a security in the building and the underground parking, everything very comfortable for short and also long stay.The location of the apartment is also perfect because there is a cafe in the building, bakery and a lot of restaurants and shops very close to the apartment.
I was on a business trip and the fast internet is always very important for me. I travel a lot and many times even in the hotels the internet connection is not strong enough for my needs so I was positively surprised how fast it was in the apartment I rented in Warsaw.
In general my stay was really great.
I will come back very soon and for sure I want to stay in the same place again!

Exceptional !  Apartment was really very clean and modern

Great apartment with garage in the heart of Warsaw.  Very comfortable apartment but lacked a/c.
Apartment has elevator and good security.  Kitchen could use more dishes and other utensils.
Very nice flow in the apartment, perfect for families.

In the heart of Warsaw

We have been in this apartment april 2016.location,metro station just down the building,small supermarket,restaurant,solarium,2 metro stops to a the central railway station,10min walking or 1 tram stop to Arkadia shopping center,excellent wifi in the appartment,nice balcony,nice view from the appartment,modern style,beautiful flat,has everything,they left some coffee and tea,in the bathroom were 4 small bottles with shampoo and 4 soups,thank you!was clean except one duvet cover was not clean and was not changed inside the sofa bed.Now negative things:we did not like first of all communication with the stuff from the agency,the agency rents these flats,you must pick up the key in one place and the flat is about 15min away by tram from that place...2 TVsets did non work because both of them were asking the pin-code when you switch on the TV,we called 2 o 3 times to the agency and the first time they said that would call us tomorrow,and nobody called,we called them the 2nd time in the morning,the girl said we will call you back,we asked when?she was not even happy to talk,she said at 4 p.m,let you know and hanged up without even saying good-bye..and she even did not say us I am so sorry,we will try to contact the owner,she never called us back,we called them at 4.p.m and nobody answered,it was the flat number 256.and for us tv was important,my parents are polish,and most the time we stayed inside the appartment during 5 days,because it was cold outside and we already have been in warsaw so many times,we just should stay there and wait some things were ready for us in this city.then another thing,we were 4,there are small blankets for sofa bed,I slept on sofa bed with my sister covering with one small blanket together with her,first we did not find another blanket,second:later on we found it inside the sofa bed but it was with dirty blanket(duvet)cover and it was not changed.We did not know with who we could resolve these problems.because this is just the agency and they even dont care of anything even of talking with you in a way like it should be even if you can not resolve the problem.they are not responsible for anything.they dont check the flat after people going out if something works or not,but we paid for what it was written on their page on booking.com.we wanted even to go to the police for such a neglective relation,because we could not contact anybody.

Nice apartment,but the agency can not resolve any problem about the the appartment!!!

Was staying in Liwiecka 9 - one of the many apartments that PO company owns.
Starting with that - some worker called us 5 hours before the check-in deadline - asking are we gonna be.
We confirmed - we gonna be- office is in Old city of Warsaw - no legal parking possibilies when You are with two small children. 
Ok - so far - let it be. Got the signatures on the agreement - then they asked 600 zlots as deposit - it is normal. The girl told us - the money will be returned the next day. Went to new project type flat - looked great - but - behind the glamorous look - it was old, dirty, wifi didnt worked, bath was broken, etc...

After check out - we left the keys where we were told - and called of returning the deposit - as during the morning we read many rewievs that they dont give back the deposit - girl promised to do this during 5 minutes. After an hour - called again - they promised during the day, in the evening - when we was already in our country- called once more - the result was - they gonna return on Monday. Monday - after many calls - and when they blocked two our phone numbers - we got the text - gonna return. I know - it not the first time we are staying in hotel with deposit - but always money is returned max in 24h. Right now - it is already the third day - no money, just some paper they send from card terminal.
We gonna return the money - from the bank - but it is not nice to be so rude, every worker tells different things.

It looks much more better than it is in life - problems with reservation money returning

Would not recommend. When I arrived the flat had damage to 3 of the window blinds. 2 didn't work and 1 was lying on the floor with no brackets to attach it again. There was also wall damage where the kitchen chairs had been pushed against the wall and gouges of wall were missing. I took photos and sent the to P&O. Received a message they would be repaired. When they didn't come, I sent follow up emails and they were never returned. Not a place I would ever consider staying again.
