friendly staff, justo the TV reception is terrible and the comms from the hotel is not very clear, when I went out they asked me to leave my card key but no mention on the booking although I refused and they let me keep it but I think it should be clear on the booking, i rented the room therefore I'm entitled to keep my key for my entire stay otherwise staff are friendly

It was NOT so clean, as advertised.
There was muddied footprints on the bathroom floor. And toilet would not flush.
The TV did not have audio. One of the Sogo personnel came to fix the problem. But unfortunately no fix was made.
I was booked in Room-104, last 20-Dec-2023.

Sogo NOT so Clean

It was a rainy night when we checked in. We had no vehicle and were allocated Room 108 (a De Luxe room for motorcyclists). I was tired and went straight to sleep. My partner noticed mushrooms on the wall and slept with her head at the foot of the bed.
In the morning the mushrooms had grown larger, and the corner of the bed below them was wet. The floor was also set as we're some of our clothes. Staff were concerned and had clothes cried and a shift pressed within half an hour.
We checked out to get bus from the adjacent bus terminus.
We use Soho hotels quite a lot, but are becoming increasingly wary of using them in future.

ROOM 108

Conveniently located beside sm. Clean Place. Family room is BIG. A/C is cold. Hot shower. The tub drain clogs thou,  causing slight flood in tub. Toilet flush malfunctioning. Food is great. Staff is accommodating. Value for money. Will definitely prioritize staying in this hotel whenever in naga. 

Great Place

We needed a place to overnight for a wedding the next day. I had seen SOGO in Manila before, and had always assumed they would be a little "seedy" and cater more to the people who rented by the hour. I was pleasantly surprised. Although the room was small it was just right for an overnight stay and it was very clean and had no offensive odor. Shower had nice warm water. Room service was guaranteed to be served in 10 minutes and lived up to its promise, The food was tasty - I especially recommend the pancit. The staff was very friendly and courteous. It is located withing walking distance to and SM and a Robinson's mall, and the main bus/jeepney terminal. The only negative was that the TV remote would not work. They did try to replace it, but it still did not work. I would have no problem with staying at a SOGO again - comfortable, clean and the price is right!

Much better than expected!

Very polite and efficient staff. Clean hotel throughout pubic areas. My room showed just a bit too much wear and tear. Felt a bit claustrophobic as had no window. My room had a wet room/shower/toilet etc. I don't like this combination as it's difficult to keep clean as I had no house-keeping for the two weeks I stayed there. You have to pay for any more clean sheets/towels/toilet tissue. Plastic mattress cover not comfortable. Hotel is next to main bus terminal, shopping centre and all areas are easily accessible from the hotel. I'd definately stay again, but be more choosy about my room. Overall score 5/10.

So Clean So Good. So Centrally located!

I check in at executive room prior to my booking and the bathroom smell stingy .Next day i check in with my booking cloge toilet and when i woke up in the morning my bed is wet water are all over the floor because of water from airconditoner. I order food but the utensil has left over food and smell real bad ...It doesnt match the word so clean so good...

Expensive hotel but poor quality

We just stayed 1 night after a 12 hours bus ride from Manila. 
The staff is friendly and helpful.The room is clean.Hot water shower was perfect.
The hotel is located directly beside the central bus station.
Unfortunately no real window in the room.
It seems a bit like a hotel where you can spend a few hours with your love affair.


Ok for 1 - 2 nights 

We booked a room from agoda, and whe. we arrived to the hotel the front desk personnel are very accomodating. Its a good place to stay at. Wifi is weak inside of the room but if wanna get a strong signal better go to the garage area. I left my ipad but was able to get it, thanks to the personnel who deligent and accomodating.
