This is my second time to stay at Splash Oasis.  The first one was way back 2007, if I am not mistaken.  

My host gave me a room good for four (4) persons. The place was quite old, but the facilities are good.  My room was clean and good. They have huge swimming pools that guests can enjoy especially during summer time.

Indeed, a good place to have fun with family and friends.

Splash Oasis: A Nice Place for Recreation

The room was adequate but not properly cleaned from the last guest's stay. Many of the pools and slides were only open on the weekend. The staff was friendly and very helpful. You could do better, but you could also do worse.

OK for what it is

SERVICE PLUS! This is my 4th 'SwimPark' hotel place...best so far. I was concerened about swimming in warm springs warm...would I like it? YES!  Small slides made my clients kids happy, some swam all night, Karaoke going to 11 PM...food was average...but here is the difference...SERVICE!...I needed a midnight 2 hour ride to Manila Airport for a work-related situation....Driver woke up, came it, to help me. A+++ service, I'd go back for sure!!

The facilities were fine for the price we paid - hotel room and pools - BUT they should review their night swimming policy. There was a group of foreigners who came in at around 5pm who started quietly but by 7pm, the loud noises started. After asking the front desk to tell them to tone down, they moved to the other end of the pool where my friends were staying and made noise there. At 5am, I was jolted out of my sleep with loud cheering of the group right below our room. This went on for a couple of times which made going back to sleep very hard. Either the hotel assign them to the pool area where the rooms are not directly in the proximity of the pools or they adhere to a strict noise pollution policy. You can't even check if there are prior group bookings because apparently, this group of almost 80 people, mostly young kids, were walk-ins! 

Nice but...

We needed a room while visiting family in Laguna and Splash Oasis seemed to fit well. We stayed there in a deluxe room for 3 nights. Maybe it's because it was January but the place was deserted when we showed up and looked almost abandoned. The beds were hard and everything was badly in need of refurbishment. Breakfast was included in our stay but we didn't use it as we chose to eat with family outside the resort so I can't comment on the quality. The highlight was the pool which had different sections for various depths. The water was warm and felt very pleasant. There was a lot of noise at night, mostly from the resort next door where karaoke continued throughout the night. There is no sound insulation whatsoever. The service was decent and they had a list of restaurants that would deliver food for those without a vehicle like us. I did not find many other options in the area for those wanting to occupy only a room and not an entire villa but I would try to find some place else next time.

Disappointing

My wife checked in and found a low standard 1990's room, but price was cheapish. She upgraded to the new block. Room was good overall. Unfinished - missing a couple of lights so cables visible. Had a huge Jacuzzi which was good fun, but you have to call them to turn it on and then you are charged extra if used for more than 1 hr a day. So room was OK, smelt a bit when bathroom exhaust fan drew air through the drain. Swimming pool was good and had fun. It's the biggest asset, but check the slides are open as my wife was under the impression they only open them on weekends - no idea if this is the case. 1 drain cover not on - accident waiting to happen. Some staff were friendly. There were quite a lot of staff in fact, but zero management (if there was a manager there then they are grossly incompetent and have probably never worked in a hotel before). Maintenance of the site was poor. Staff apparently not paid on time, which might account for them not caring. Life guard slept some of the time, watched the pool a little bit. Staff spitting on the floor in the hotel. The restaurant had the ambience of an industrial workshop. Chemical containers left by eating area. ?60 decibel water pump running most the time - can't hear yourself - not at all relaxing. View of paving with weeds growing through - the low level of maintenance reminded me of the Fukashima exclusion zone as it evidently hadn't been touched for ages. You can also view the outside dishwashing area whilst you eat or marvel at the trash bags left in the shower area. Food is quite acceptable for the price but delivered cold in cling film as it comes from the restaurant of another hotel in Splash. Tip #1 - walk 5 minutes up to the cheapest hotel in the Splash resort and order breakfast and food there. It is then warm and you don't have to listen to the water pump drone (why they don't build a wall or move it is beyond me - I just don't think they care). You don't have to sign for food so who knows what they actually put on the bill. In fact, even when you order in the little restaurant they need to go outside to another building to get the bill. LOL. Gym is closed and full of junk. Massage area seems to be closed down. I think this resort has great potential as the warm pools were great but it is just incredibly poorly managed and seemingly no maintenance or checks - they have zero idea of how to run a hotel. Definitely wouldn't stay here again. Tip #2 - Don't stay here as you'll leave more stressed than when you came. Would only recommend it for turning up and paying a low price to swim for the day. I've heard that this is one of the best hotels in Laguna, so my advice would be don't come to Laguna unless you really have to and then maybe consider camping.

Ants and bee inside room, hard bed, dirty bathroom! Air conditioning was blasting in my face!

DO. NOT. GO. HERE.

Please go somewhere else. There's lots of resorts in Los Baños-Calamba area that provides better comfort that this h-hole.

Let's start with the location.
Location is good. It's near the main road. But what you won't like is the inside of this resort. Half of this resort is a hallway. Seriously.
There's 3 main hotels inside Splash Mountain.
Splash Hotels, Splash Suites, and Splash Oasis. From Splash Hotel to Splash Oasis you would have to walk half a kilometer to reach it. It's good if you bring a car or a motorcycle but if you just wanted to swim in the pools in the Splash Mountain and you booked a hotel at Oasis then you would have to walk for 1 kilometer to go back and forth.

Now, let's talk about the pools.
Sure, there's lots of pools in this resort. But you can only enjoy the pools in Oasis. The temperature of the water in the other pools is waaay to high. Take note we visited this resort on June. RAINY SEASON. And it's still way too hot to swim. But the water temperature in the Oasis pools are way better. It's actually quite perfect. You just have to pay extra if you didn't book a hotel in Oasis.

Next is the rooms. Oh my. How can I say this without using profanity...
The aircon is so old it can't even cool the room.
The water in the shower and sink is way too hot. You can actually boil an egg or cook cup noodles in that water. The beds and pillows are too hard. Like a rock. I actually got body pain after sleeping for a night in their beds. There's no wifi. NOT EVEN IN THE LOBBY. Better bring your own portable wifi. The room is dirty and quite sad looking. No decors. The room is dim lighted. Some of the switches are not working. There's a mini fridge in the room which is quite nice. Duvets are too thin but trust me you won't be needing it. Again, we visited here in June and it's raining nonstop. But the aircon is too old and weak. It can't even cool the room even on rainy days.

Service is good.
Staff are friendly and attentive.

The only problem here is the facilities, the management, and the resort itself.

Stay away

Good experience to swim in warm water but I will says hot water with no control of temperature. Paid Php5,000.00 for a Suite Room but not worth the money. No good service and the pool are dirty with no maintenance or cleaning. Had dinner and it taste bad, BBQ Pork is like STONE, can't bite. First & last experience... :-(

Nice & Hot Pool But...

Wasn't expected even though booked and confirmed, put into 2 rooms which were supposed to be deluxe but were far from that the list of faults is too long to mention. Was booked for 4 night's had to move out next day as I wasn't prepared to subject my family to such an experience.
