The place has a good location which is just beside the public market. Good facilities and the price is fit for the budget. Good flow of water and cool aircon. Friendly, accommodating and smiling staff.

Budget friendly

The experience was ok.  The hotel was just plain in everything.  Don't expect for any fancy for a cheap price because it really just a basic place to stay. basic bed and basic amenities.

A cheap place to stay near the city

It is a cheap hotel but first impressions weren't too bad. However, no toilet seat and flushing the toilet using a bucket was not quite what I was expecting. I also should have remembered that cheap Philippine hotels have no hot water but there was no shower head, just a tap and the aforementioned bucket + a bailer so getting clean was done by filling the bucket and throwing water around. Inside, the stairwell was having it's tiles replaced so it felt like a building under construction as I climbed the stairs. The real killer started the first morning. The third floor room overlooked Jaro Market. And at 4.30am, a boombox down in the market started thumping out killing any hope of the rest of a good night's sleep. I asked if I could be moved away from the noise but the only option was a room with no windows which felt even worse.I made the mistake of opening a dried fruit snack one evening and not finishing it. The ants appreciated the snack though but they were no match for the insect killer I bought in a nearby supermarket.The hotel did have cable TV but the picture and sound quality left a bit to be desired.And the real crunch in this day and age was that the promised internet connection didn't connect. Sorry, it doesn't work, I was told.Because I got a good rate, I could not cancel. I moved out as soon as the reservation expired.

I guess I shouldn't have expected more

For those who wants the basic and wont clamor for any standard plus the budget constraints then this is he hotel for you. Its beside the Jaro public market in Iloilo and just across afriques resto. locarion is near jaro plaza and walking distance to any jeepney going downtown iloilo. They have as low as 300 pesos for stay between 10 pm to 6 am

Get what you pay

We stayed at Valeria branch for 6 days.  They have very accommodating staff who cater our basic requests.  Thanks to Jona, Junalyn & Joel who made our stay more comfortable.  We stayed at their group room, though it was a 2-double deck-bed but for a light & young travellers as we are, t'was a challenge to climb up everytime  we needed rest.  The malls, restaurants, carenderias, not to mention the historical sites are just few walks away from the Inn.  Jeepneys are accessible, taxis can be coursed thru the frontdesk & we're lucky enough we have enjoyed free shuttle from the Inn to the airport.

Reasonable & Comfortable

It's a budget friendly Inn and very accessible to the market, malls, historical sites, with accommodating staffs to cater to our basic needs. The rooms & the hallways are clean. Well maintained establishment. We had a free shuttle to the Int'l airport on our 3-day stay.  The Inn is commendable.  Indeed, comfort within your budget.

Comfortable & Affordable

we stayed here but apparently such a disaster because theres no water available for shower and they provided as with stained tabo (dipper) and water in a container. It seems that they ruined our short stay here in Iloilo. Dont want to go back here anymore.
