We stayed 1 night. Very friendly. Quiet room. Very accessible.

This is walking distance to JS Gaisano, People's Park among others.

I booked via their phone number and I paid upon arrival.

You need to bring your own slippers.

Good Accommodation

I stayed in this Dormtel for total of 4 days 3 nights and all i can say is that their Staffs are very accommodating, they always smile whenever i pass-by with them in the corridor or at the lobby. So i must say its a good place to stay when you are visiting davao for short period of time.

Davao Hub Bed and Breakfast is located in General Luna where almost everything can be accessed thru different mode of transportation. Staff are very friendly and attends to us during our stay. They even suggest places to visit and I like how they respond quickly to inquiries.

Best Location / Friendly Staff

Location: Accessible to&from almost anywhere within the city proper. The street is a bit quiet. There's a massage center beside the hub, but my mom & I didn't enjoy our experience, it's about cleanliness.
Room: Needs improvement of preparation/management. Smells more of mothballs, I so hate that. Requested an air freshener, got an improvised spray (fabric con). Pillow case had a couple of short hairs so I requested a new one. On the other hand, room fixtures are nice & clean. AC is working well, the reason why I had a nice sleep.
Service: Everybody was quick to respond to our requests. Thanks Weng & the lady who prepared the breakfast. More power, be motivated.
Food: Instead of fruit jams, they only had peanut butter. I suggest, you offer another option (at least 2).
Overall: Not bad for Php 1400, but could not compete with other accommodation with rates of more or less Php 1500. The management needs to exert more effort to motivate the staff & brainstom on strategies to be better/superb on room preparation --- this is what it's all about.
