Neuhaus Inn

Good points: 1. Very close to Legazpi airport 2. Quiet surroundings with a good view of the Mayon volcano 3. Well-kept rooms 4. Reasonably priced accommodations. Room rates are good for 24 hours. The family room we stayed at only cost us PhP 1400 (due to senior citizen discount). Really cheap! 5. Room service menu also reasonably priced. You can also check with reception for fast food delivery options. We chose Jollibee during our stay. 6. Good water pressure in the showers. Shower area is also quite big. 7. The family rooms are big enough for families of 4. We also traveled with a toddler so technically, we were 5 in total. 8. There is a small fridge for convenience. 9. Staff were very courteous. 10. Parking is convenient as there were plenty of spaces. For improvement: 1. Room lighting is a bit dim. 2. There is no bidet. I hope the management will be able to add this feature soon. 3. The water heater did not work during our stay. We stayed in two of their family rooms but the heater was useless. 4. Don't expect complete set of toiletries. We were only provided with 3 bars of soap. No dental kits. They provide sets of rubber slippers. 5. No bath floor mats provided. 6. Free WiFi is available but I had better connection speed when I used data network. Overall, I would still highly recommend Neuhaus Inn and would probably stay here whenever we travel to Legazpi.
