It was the place I know that I can book at the last minute since the initial plan didn't work out. The location is great cause it's near SM Baguio, the bus terminal and Session Road. The bed was just okay but the blanket is a little itchy. I still had a comfortable sleep until the construction nearby starts. We had a hard time figuring out how the hot shower works and there's no place for your toiletries or clothes. It's like those shower rooms in a public swimming pool. Free towel but that's about it. The staff though is very accommodating. We left our bags after check-out and went back for them in the evening. The room is very cheap so it's really fine. I really didn't expect much so I'm not disappointed or anything.

Good if you're on a budget

We booked the room for 12 and got a room on the 2nd / 3rd floor(the numbering of floors is a bit different).

Our room is good and as what was advertised. The customer service was so-so and they answer all our questions and the blankets was good.

The only beef I got from this place is the CR and the showers supposedly for us on our floor are all broken. Flush are not working, no water on bidets and heaters not working. You have to either go to the lobby or to the 4th floor to have a decent trip to the loo or take a bath.

I'm not satisfied. Oh well... pictures can be very very deceiving. 
One week before our travel date, I booked at Agoda.com for our hotel/inn. The kuripot person that I am, I always look for a reasonable and clean room for me and my fiancé. Upstairs bed and bath seems reasonable in price for 3 days and 2 nights stay so I booked. 

Upon checking-in, our room smell disgusting. Cabinets are unclean. Bedsheets are itchy. They have a slow running water at the comfort room. I immediately reported our water supply but no to avail. Photos uploaded at Agoda.com doesn't very well reflect the rooms you wish to stay. So be careful. Although located within the vicinity of the City, I still DO NOT recommend the place.

I stayed here for 5 days on my 2nd day, I was the only one at the other side of the room, around 2AM, someone held my feet and dragged me all the way down to the floor! I mean it was real! I checked if someone was under the bed but no one was there! I was not able to sleep after the incident. God

This place is HAUNTED AF!

Bathrooms terrible and out of order.
Staff unclever, lost own key in an empty house !
In the Center is ok, but terrible traffic in the town makes it sensless.
Old paintings .... windows untight ... door loud ...
