A relaxing and beautiful trip. The facilities are clean, harmonious and well kept. The food excellent and most ingredients come from in house. It’s entire staff were courteous, professional and happy. Special thanks to Johan and Candy (spelling) from the restaurant who made our dinners, lunch and breakfast times super special. They were always prompt with a professional smile and knowledgeable of the dishes presented.

A hidden gem

El servicio muy bueno y la comida realmente fantástica. El hotel ofrece piscina, petting zoo, bicicletas, fogata… todo lindo! Jonathan lo máximo.
Jonathan is key. The food is absolutely delish and the place itself has a lot to offer. Worth staying a day or two to simply enjoy the hotel itself. Good service from restaurant to bar to bakery. Lovely for grownups and kids alike.

Espectacular/wonderful!

I can’t recommend this place enough ! We had a great time and truly enjoyed our stay at this resort .The staff is friendly and professional and most importantly ,they consistently follow Covid protocols to prevent the spread of the virus and ensure workers and guests are healthy and safe . The food is delicious , my absolute favorite dishes were the shrimp cocktail and Ceviche (I Think it’s the best one I’ve ever tried !)  .The kids loved the mini zoo, and spent hours playing on their playground jumping on the trampolines and running in the yard . We also liked the kid movies they play in their movie theater every evening before  dinner , and sitting around the campfire roasting marshmallows with the little ones while having a nice pisco sour ( they produce their own pisco and it’s really good ) . I didn’t expect to have a such a great relaxing time , I usually don’t when I go on trips with my kids but the activities the hotel offers kept them busy so the parents can also have a good time .
We didn’t use the pool but I’m sure that would have been fun . I will definitely go back time and time again ! Thank you so much we loved every minute of our stay !

Highly recommended , amazing place !!

My wife and I recently stayed at this amazing hotel to celebrate and welcome the new year 2021. We had an incredible experience. The place is beautiful with great great view to the mountains and excellent service. We enjoyed the food, courtesy of the staff, we had a great time. A special thanks to the managent team and all the staff who work in this beautiful paradise for making us feel at home.

Amazing Paradise!!!

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel, and we had an unbelievable experience.  The place is gorgeous with great mountains and excellent service.  We enjoyed the the food, courtesy of the staff, and we had a very relaxing time.

I haven't stayed in the hotel,
But went for lunch at their restaurant,
We eat the lomo saltado, ceviche calamares and a other dish with pork.
the flavour of the lomo was good, the taste of the meat not good at all,
As in the near you can get good meat , this was cheap meat, and the price for it is than to high.

i do need to say that you can stroll nice around to see some interesting collection of animals.

To start with the downside: The food is horrible. The "buffet" is mainly cheap bread with eggs or cheap strawberry jam for breakfast and cheap pasta with cheap sauce for dinner. No variety, no taste, nothing to enjoy. Not only that, the kitchen does not seem to be prepared for the number of rooms and hence people the hotel accommodates, so you stand in front of empty dishes most of the time. And all of that for prices you will not even see in good restaurants in Lima. So, if you can, avoid the "restaurant" of the hotel. 

The rest of the hotel is nice, although a little big for a remote place like the Cañete valley. They have a pool, bikes, a playground, etc., so kids can enjoy and parents can relax. 

The rooms are large and clean, but the hotel floors are badly soundproof so you hear anybody talking or walking or pulling their suitcases. 

Nice place with horrible food

Surrounded by an excellent landscape, the resort could be much more than it is. The rooms are big, but basic; the restaurant is OK, although breakfast's quality could be increased and and the common areas in the buildings are austere. And on top of that, the WiFiis only available in the reception area after begging.

Far from what they pretend to be

We arrived a little after 4pm after a long drive from Lima and they gave us coupons for welcome drinks, but their bar was closed until 7:30pm. 

The room that we were first given had a strong stench of sewage coming from the bathroom. So they sent someone to install a new deodorizer in the bathroom. But I asked for another room and the room that we were then given had a deodorizer already installed. However, the smell of sewage emanated from both bathrooms and the deodorizer only covered it up, and towards the end of our stay only poorly. I prefer to stay in a hotel room that doesn't smell of sewage. 

My daughter got in the pool and said that the bottom felt mossy meaning they aren't doing a very good job caring for it. 

Dinner was probably the best part of the stay as they accommodated my vegetarian family. They made a vegetable fried rice and vegetable skewers for my wife and me to share and my children enjoyed their pesto spaghetti. The portions were large and tasty.

Our free breakfast was only free for 3 people apparently because our room was a triple, yet their price went up when we said that we had 2 kids. So they charged us for 4 people, but only gave us the benefits of three with in-room towels for 3 people.

The grounds are large and kids can ride bikes and there are play structures and you can do a pisco tour and they have lots of farm animals. But I would not recommend staying here.

I would not recommend staying here

We were disappointed because even we knew the location was rural we expected a little more from this note as they advertised to have 5 Stars.  My husband could not use the gym, I could not use the Spa as they said that they were closed for 3 months, without any notice or postings in the internet or when booking. Since I had stayed in the area before, I was looking forward to having a massage with river views and sound.  The food was good, but in general food is good in Lima, so I wasn't impressed.  There were tons of mosquitos and they didn't seem to see the need to do something for their guests.  Pool was extremely cold, even though we went at the end of December.  The Pisco tour they offered to their guests was good, but make sure to bring repellant and water since you need to go up a lot of stairs.
