I stayed here with my and my friend for two nights. Our host Octavio was so attentive to our needs and helped us catch taxis and with our laundry. The place itself is clean, well decorated and the facilities are excellent. The location is very convenient as well and is right nearby some pre Inca ruins. I can't recommend this place highly enough to anyone looking for an amazing stay in the heart of Peru.

Lima, Peru our first stop in South America. CASA 260 met all our expectations. An amazing host Octavio who was so delightful welcoming us into his home. The room was pristine with crisp fresh linen. Each morning breakfast was delicious, fresh fruits,yoghurt, bread, meats and cheese. The location is perfect near many sites within walking distance and restaurants for that evening meal.  All recommendations from Octavio were well explained. A safe upmarket area in  Miraflores. Book Casa 260 if you would love a local Peruvan stay.

We went to the Galapagos islands and to Peru for nearly one month. During this trip we stayed at 10-15 different hotels, all very near to the high end part of the scale. Casa 260 was the best place to stay of them all.  This is a private home with upper class standard. You will not find better rooms or better breakfast anywhere. Octavio, the host is the most friendly and helpful person you could imagine. They have a wifi that keeps the promise, fast and stabile. We will never stay at other hotels when we visit Lima again. The price is quite cheap, but the standard is very high.

A hidden gem in west side Miraflores. Beautiful house with clean, tasteful rooms (we stayed on the ground floor across the courtyard garden), great bathroom. Best breakfast I've had after a month in Peru: fresh mango, yoghurt, fresh from the baker bread and the best coffee I've had in Peru as well! Excellent, friendly service from our host. Very quiet, clean and safe neighborhood. I highly recommend Casa 260!

The best option for a woman traveling alone. The place is beautiful and delicately decorated, rooms are ample, comfortable and clean, bathrooms are well equipped and toiletries available are of very high quality. Breakfast is served the moment you wake up and it includes an assortment of options. It's located on a quiet street but a couple of blocks away from busier streets where there are shops, restaurants and easy access to transportation. And the most important is the kindness of their attention, caring for your every need and willing to facilitate whatever you may require.
