We stayed here as we were preparing for the Inca Trail. Its about 3-4 kms away from the main plaza and taxi's are cheap enough (4-5 sols). There are some restaurants and a supermarket close by too. The owner was friendly and helpful. Being a little way out meant it was more peaceful. The room was brightly coloured, clean and tidy. The water was hot but lacked pressure. Nice little open terrace area to eat too.  An all-round pleasant stay and I would stay again.

Great little place to stay, little bit out of town

The location is impossible to find, 4 different taxis couldn't find it. Everyone had to call for directions. It's not remotely close to the touristy downtown.... more like the ghetto. The water was cold, so we didn't get showers. We had planned on staying a few days, but after one night we left for a hostel closer to the Plaza. The owners were VERY nice people. We wanted to love the place, but I can't recommend staying here at all.
