21 reviewsOn my way I stopped for lunch and my phone rang - it was the hotel checking that all was OK, and offering to have someone meet me at the outskirts of town and guide me in! That was indicative of the kind of service guests receive from this beautiful hotel. It is well out of the centre on Cajamarca, but easily accessible as the main road is not far away, and in a very quiet and secure location. There is a reception manned 24 hours a day, and off-road secure parking is available. The rooms are big, with large en-suite facilities, cable TV, Wifi, and very comfortable. There is also a restaurant which serves reasonably priced food, so I found I did not have to venture out at night to find somewhere to eat. I mentioned I was intending to go to Cumbemayo, and was presented with a freshly printed map of the route - service like that was really appreciated, and unexpected from such a reasonably priced hotel. The staff are attentive at all times, and it was a delight to stay here.
