Lovely apartments in the very centre of Groningen. My flat had a little terrasse with a table and chairs overlooking a canal.
Very clean, lovely eclectic decoration, very comfortable.
People at reception were very helpful and be bee breakfast served next door was excellent.
I recommend without hesitation

Stylish, good location, nice people 

A nicely furnished with a full kitchenette room was very clean and fresh. It's located in 300 meters from the Grand Markt and other popular places. View to the channel is great. At sunny day you can sit next to it and get some refreshments. I enjoyed my stay with a family there.

Feel like home

Excellent place - very centrally located, rooms of different sizes and for different purposes. We much like the spacious studios on Kleine der Aa. 

They switched to serving their own breakfast instead of relying on the nice little coffee + breakfast place next to the restaurant. Their own breakfast, however, is expensive and chaotic in terms of quality of service. If you need to leave early or pressed for time it’s better to check with reception whether breakfast will be there.

Good stay - breakfast service chaotic

Our room was very and comfortable with good lighting, comfortable table and chairs, and complimentary coffee station. Staircases in The Netherlands are tight with small steps. Just recognize that this is normal and part of the experience. We had an honest mistake that occurred in room 30G. However management was very responsive to our concern and ensured that we were happy with our overall experience. Thank you for making this a very positive experience.

Classy and cozy

It’s been a year now since I started staying at Miss Blanche a number of days a week for my work in Groningen and it’s been wonderful. The rooms as not only very clean (cleaning is excellent, every day) and well maintained but also warm and inviting at the same time. And what is nicer than coming into your hotel room after a long days work and finding the lights on and such a beautiful Christmas tree in your room as a welcome. But what makes it feel like a home away from home is the always friendly and kind staff. Whether it was during the heart of the lock-down or during other months when Miss Blanche is very busy, whoever is is at reception or cleaning, they are always kind and professional.  The location is excellent, right in de heart of the city with beautiful views of the canals from many of the rooms and suites. And the canals are beautiful  with lighting decorations this time of year.

Excellent stays for the past year!

Great location with views of the canal about a 10 min walk from the train station.  Lots of dining and shopping nearby.  The family penthouse with a full kitchen was wonderful. Spacious and clean. We will definitely stay here when we visit Groningen again.

Great hotel

I stayed a month with the hotel and the business guest house. the apartment are nothing like the pictures. All of them were dirty, I had to clean the business guest house myself the day I arrived. the electronic tablet supposed to control the lights, entrance door and others didn't work, when I asked the reception to do something about they simply said they couldn't do anything.
As for the hotel, you can see the attached photo of the pile of dirt and ashes inside. I also found a person's fake nail on the floor next to my bed. proof that they don't clean anything. I called the reception and asked them to clean, when the cleaning lady came they told me they were told by the reception to not clean the floor at all. so I had to ask for a vacuums and do it myself again. I find this outrageous considering that I paid more than 1,000€ a week.
Even the curtains were broken.
The hotel tried to throw me on the street at midnight for my music being slightly too loud.
and now that I left they are trying to accuse me of smoking in the property in order to make me pay a fine.
When going there to discuss with them they kept asking me to leave and ended up charging my account without any notice.
I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

Dirtiest hotel ever.

Nice welcome and shown to the apartment / room where we stayed. The hotel consists of rooms / apartments, most in adjacent houses. Great shower, well-equipped kitchen, beds, Molton & Brown bathroom kit etc. We stayed in a suite worth every penny. Close to Groningen market, city center. Great stay. Will return. 

Spacious and comfy. Great little hotel

We've had a wonderful (coronaproof) stay at one of the suites in a beautiful historical building. The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was conveniently located in the city centre, near the water. 
Good breakfast and helpful staff.

Wonderful hotel, great location

There is no AC in the room wich was 28° almost entire time. Hotels solution was a fan wich didn’t help to cool down. Hotel offered 330 ml of water once for the whole stay. It is overpriced. Complains were ignored by the reception with an excuse that is a hot weather. Reception gave incorrect bill.
At the end of the day it is a bad hotel experience.
