I stayed there only one night on December 29. At that night,almost hotels from Mandalay were full due to Pyin Oo Lwin flower festival nearby. Fortunately I got clean and very spacious room at Ruby Land Inn. It’s located on the 65th St,between 29&30 St,.Room rate was only 30000 local currency for clean and spacious room with breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Their breakfast was not many varieties but Ok. Many restaurants nearby. Complimentary WiFi was workable. My room located on the top 3rd floor. This Inn haven’t elevator but possible for fitness exercise. It’s really nice place and friendly atmosphere at residential area. I would visit again there for next visit.
