Wouah the reviews were true. The girl who care about this place is amazingly kind and helpful.
She even offer me lunch. Breakfast was sooo goood. (Included)
She helped me for booking flights.
And the place is really really nice for this price.

Lovely experience

I spent 4 days here and I feld like at home. The lady who manage this guest house, is very friendly, she takes care and advises well for visits. The breakfast is very good on a nice rooftop. I recommend this place. 

Very nice place and welcoming

They automaticly gave me discount from 20 $ to 15 for single room, maybe because I was the only guest in the hotel for all 3 nights. Feel sad for them, they really deserve more customers, as the rooms are very nice, clean and quiet, and the staff (2 young girls and a boy) are incredibly friendly, always there if something needed, always prepared to open the front door for you. Maybe not very helpful with arranging trips and transport, but you can do it on your own in the town. Definitely recommended!

Deserves to get more customers

The hotel was a little bit far from the main road, about 10 mins walk to get there but overall it's a very good hotel for the services. The staff was very friendly, you can ask them for things to do in Inle Lake, book a bike, bus etc, overall they were very helpful and kind. Even my friend arrived about 3 am in the morning, and they greeted her and even allow her to have an early check in without any charges. Other good thing was when we book a trip to see the sunrise and got to go about 5 am, the staff even prepared our breakfast and pack it in plastic bag for us. :)

The room was very clean but no AC, it's okay because we were there on monsoon. The breakfast was good, western style with bread, jam, butter, egg, tea and some fruits. They provided free wifi service too, but sometimes it didn't work depends on the weather.

Overall, if you are looking for the hotel with good price, quiet environment, superb service but don't mind to walk 10 mins to main road, this is a very good option.

Very friendly staff

Rooms: Very clean and beds are quite comfy.  Bathroom is clean and includes toiletries, face towels and bath towels.  Universal electrical outlets as well.  Rooms are cleaned daily.  Ceiling fan. Inle lake is cold in the evening and there is no need for AC.

Staff: Incredibly friendly.  Possibly the most accommodating I have met to date.  When we arrived at 3 AM they didn't charge us for the remainder of the night.  The staff (I believe it is a family) were all there to greet us despite the early hour.  Bike rentals are cheap (2000 kyats), and can be arranged through the hotel.  They are eager to please and provide excellent service. 

Location: Near all the action of Inle lake, but on a quiet street. 

Breakfast: Quite generous.  Include eggs, juice, coffee/tea, toast with spreads, and some fruit. 

Suitable for the budget traveller and the and hotel goer alike.
