We are a mature couple and we have stayed here for two months. The location is excellent, with a 5 minute walk to the central pedestrian core. The hotel has a locked entrance and is very secure. Staff are very friendly and helpful (and patient with our poor Spanish). Rooms are well appointed and very clean. WiFi is excellent. There is good access in all areas of the hotel. The hot water is reliable (although it takes a few minutes to run hot). The kitchen is well equipped, and kept clean and organized by the staff.
