I was looking to dive the cenoted and came across the budget boutique Inn. Staff is very helpful, today is a full moon and I am the only guest. Looks like I won't need my earplugs,tonight.I will change my itinerary so that I can enjoy this place a little longer.

Lucky me

Me and my bud arrived to chetumal around 6pm, we were tired and just wanted to take a bath and a quick nap before we enjoyed the nightlife. the taximan recommended this hotel because of its location and price. we spent around 400 pesos for a 2 singlebed  bedroom. Lets just say, don't expect to be greeted by a smile! jezzz, if you hate working there, GET OUT!! lol but like i stated, we just wanted to hit the hay. room was average. had the basic needs. hot/cold water, tv and bed.

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These ppl are rip-offs! Who on earth charges a single room rate and say that is only for 1 person??? Come on. We went to "Hotel Mexico" in Chetumal, Mexico and had to say there. Worse stay ever. We paid the single room rate only to find out 2 hours later that we need to pay 100 pesos more. Let your room rates be what they honestly are. Secondly, the AC units sound like jet skis. Third the rooms smell moldy. Fourth we were not given a remote for the outdated TV's. Fifth, both customer service reps in the night and morning checking out were completely rude! Asking personal questions when we walked in the lobby... "Do you have a problem?" and watching us suspcious..... Are you kidding me? I'm I ok to stay in your filty rooms but not trust-worthy enough to sit for a brief moment in your lobby since your rooms are unbearable. Then............... on top make no excuse for your behavior or apologize for the mis- communication and just respond by saying.. "this is our hotel policy." I would like to have them know that the only reason I stayed there was because the other hotels were already booked out. These people are ripping customers off and there is no senior or supervisor in charge to make a complaint to. Then on top we had to write our dismay on a page from an exercise book which can be easily ripped out and we had to go back to request a receipt for the additional funds we had to pay. Talk about a trip in HELL!!!
