friendly staff..but the kids on the reception play constantly with iphone instead of updating that there are plenty of nice and relatively quiet rooms. comfy matress, no internet on room but good wifi down at lobby. we loved this place for our stay in pakse, not cheap with 135ts kips but worth the money

great hotel, near to city centre, comfortable and  yes, they have room

Room was a decent size with water and a fridge. Comfortable bed and a decent night's sleep. Shower was ok. 3 in 1 coffee available in the morning. Air con worked.  Hotel could do with some maintenance.

One night stay

Decent size room, fairly clean.  Whole building could do with upgrading.  Whoever has seen a chandelier in a garage!?  Free coffee (3 in 1) available in morning.  Easy to walk to restaurants etc.  Overall pretty basic accommodation. 

Ok for one night

Location is great, of the main road but in walking distance of many nice restaurants and bars. The rooms have air-con and private bathroom, but the beds are hard and the everything looks tired and old. The staff is friendly and they have good parking facilities, so if you come with a bike you are sure it will be safe here. But for the price you can't really get/expect more

Decent for its price

I took the room here for 1 night. 
Rate LAK 120, walk in, thought published LAK 135, I asked for discount. 
The hotel seems newest among the area. 
Free coffee but no breakfast (most of the hotels here don’t provide breakfast but compliment drinking water bottles in the room). 
Staff with no English understand gesture words anyway. 
Room is clean, I am glad with it. However, the dissappointments are:
- Windows and door are so loose that the wind sound blows through did not have me full sleep but woke me up several times. It might not happen if staying in dry days without wind or rain. 
- Wifi provided but barely usable when upstairs inside room. 

Easily to find food and tourist info this area.

Clean room, at back street, better than the same rate at front street

Heading south my bus got to Pakse at 3am and after trying 4 closed guest houses this one was open.  After 13 hours on a bus I showered and got in bed.  I turn the pillow over at night while I sleep which makes my morning discovery of lots of RAT POOP under my pillow so horrible :(. They charged me 135k for the room and only refunded me 50k.  I just wanted to get a bus the hell out of Pakse at this point down to 4000 islands to I accepted it and left.  Do yourself a favor and sleep at the bus station before here.
