5 reviewsThis ryokan deeply impressed me for their customer service. From the start to the end, the staff tried their best to make you feel welcomed and explained everything as best as they could. English speakers should have no problem at this ryokan and should expect a good reception. As for the location, it is located right in the middle of Kinosaki-onsen and is therefore a prime location to explore the various hot springs around the quaint town. As for the room, this was the one thing that was rather normal. Unfortunately, the age is certainly starting to show, however the room was comfortable and warm enough so I don't expect too much of a problem. As for the food, we only had breakfast, but it was good so I expect the dinner to be just as good. Overall, I recommend this ryokan to travelers especially ones who want to see Kinosaki, but are only a slight budget.
