86 reviewsThis is the first time we stayed at this hotel and we loved it. It’s located more in a business district so it can be a bit quiet but we actually loved it. There are 2 train stations nearby, one is Yodoyabashi which is like only 3 mins walk away. Hommachi is about 6 - 7 mins by walking. There’s Family Mart very close by. There’s also a supermarket right next to the Yodoyabashi train station as well. The train line is great, it’s one station away from Umeda and if you go the other direction, it will take you to directly to Shinsaibashi and Namba. The hotel itself is very new. We decided to stay in the executive floor which gives us access to the executive lounge. We had access to the lounge for breakfast, refreshment throughout the day and cocktail hours in the evening. The food and drinks on offered were great. The view from the lounge was very lovely as well. The bed in our room was very comfy. The view from our room was nice as well. The next time that we stay at this hotel, we will still prefer to pay more to stay with executive lounge access but we will opt for a room that is bigger in size. While the room and all the amenities are great, the room size itself was a little on the smaller side. We think it’s worth it to pay for a bigger room. There’s laundry facility on our floor (24th) and we stayed in room 2435. We did not make use of the laundry service but there’s no queue to use it every time walked past it was available to be used. Laundry detergent is provided for so you don’t need to worry about that as well. The staff at the hotel is very very good. They are very friendly and helpful and speaks perfect English. We needed help twice; once to speak to a shop in Osaka that was helping us to organise a package to be sent to our hotel in Tokyo and the second time was when JAL cancelled our flight back to Tokyo. The lady staff that helped us went out of her way to help us connect with JAL and help organise options with them when they had no availability to fly us back to Tokyo until very late into the evening. She was on hold waiting for nearly half an hour but she persevered and helped us. We cannot be more grateful. We highly recommend this hotel if you don’t mind staying in an area that is on a quieter side and not as many options to nightlife. Having said that Namba is only minutes away and only 3 stop from the Yodoyabashi station or 2 stops from Hommachi. We took trains home at midnight and walked back to hotel with no issue.
