This hotel is clean and has amenities of higher priced jotels. It is located a ways from Yamanote line in central Tokyo, but the station is near the hotel (a 7 min walk). When you arrive at Nagayama station )take Keio line from Shinjuku, may have to transfer at Chofu) go left. You will go straight and up a few stairs. Turn right along a path just 40 m before reaching a McDonalds. Go straight, up some stairs, and Smile Hotel will be on you right). Rooms are narrow, bathroom is small, but bed is comfortable, and shower or tub is fine. Wifi worked well. Also the staff was great, as is usually the case in Japan. One staff lent me an umbrella for use when it was raining.
