Stayed in this biz hotel for one night at Atami for the firework. It’s basically what all you need for a biz budget hotel at this price range. Unfortunately we need to stay in a smoking room as other rooms were sold out (we were well aware of it during reservation so not the hotel’s issue). The room is adjacent to the JR station and needs 10-15 mins walk down to the beachfronts. There is coin laundry in the hotel. The senior staff who was helping on the parking was extremely helpful and friendly. All in all, value for money choice.

Biz Budget Hotel Adjacent to JR station

It takes 5-min from JR station to the hotel. The room is per toyoko Inn's standard, clean and tidy. The taste of complimentary breakfast is good. The frontdesk lady (forget to mark down her name) is very helpful, who shall be the best staff I met in Toyoko Inn. She always has smile and is willing to help as much as she can.

The minor cons is the noise from JR train.

Good service and cheap

Typical businessmen’s economy hotel, with smallish but efficient & comfortable rooms, free WI-FI in rooms and also LAN cable connection, ample space for working on your computer, a humidifier machine, hot water maker with a couple of packets of tea, and a 6:30 a.m. free breakfast in included.

A short walk from the station

The hotel is within walking distance from Atami Station, which has a lot of shops in the surrounding. It has a carpark and the parking rate is quite cheap, which is good as I rented a car from Tokyo and drove to Atami. Room is a bit dated, but is clean and everything inside is of good quality. The design of the bed is quite smart, it has a empty bottom so that you can store your large suitcases underneath. Staff are very helpful even though most have very limited English ability, breakfast is included and is decent. This is definitely a good choice if you don't mind paying a bit more than a budget hotel.

Toyoko inn chain offers basic accomodation throughout japan. Good solution to save on the holliday budget.
Very close to Atamistation and shinkansen station

Reception staff does hardly speak english but is friendly
Rooms are no thrills basic and well cleaned, offer every basic thing one needs
Free Breakfast basic and japanse style (served in lobby)

Somewhat noisy from the hallway at night

For the price they charge it is definately a very good value, but don´t expect to  much luxury
