In a quiet street, a big back yard with seating area where to meet people. Breakfast is free which is nice. Facilities are good, there's even hot water. Vinyl thursday 5 minutes walk away. If arriving downtown, it can take long time to reach Half Way Tree by public transport during rush hour. Enjoyed my stay!

It was my first experience at Reggae Hostel Kingston and I was absolutely pleased with the ideal location which was close to downtown. The area also has quite a few great amenities. Staff was excellent, they were very helpful with any issues. All staff there were very professional and funny which created a great atmosphere. Everyone that stayed here was great! Its a short walk to little dunns river which is a small beach with a water fall lots of locals here! Its also across the street to mystic mountain!

Jerk chicken can be found cooking right outside for cheap! There's a china man with a convenience store across the street as well!

We enjoyed our stay in the Reggae Hostel, Ocho Rios, sufficiently that we booked in here for a couple of days. It is close to Halfway Tree transport centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Had my query sorted out by the time we arrived. Just up the road Ziggy's does lovely food at reasonable prices. There is a good kitchen plus they make a delicious FREE breakfast for the residents each morning! The coffee is to die for ...
