What was good

Staff, very friendly and professional. I would like to emphasize Salvatore and Mattia, they were both outstanding.

What was bad

Preposterous situation! We wanted to get a drink in the bar and were not allowed to, because there was a “private party” going on. When asked about the possibility to bring the drinks down the recepcionist (weakest element) told us “not possible, very busy upstairs). Because of this regretable incident i do not recomend this property and never go to this hotel again.
