I'm a little old, the prices are really low considering the average of Orbetello, the staff I've found kind and available.

Economic policy

Very little attention from the management of the facility towards us (treated very coldly by the lady at the reception as soon as we arrived and without any reason as we did not know each other). As soon as we arrived they immediately communicated and imposed that on the third day (considering that our entire stay was only 3 days!) we would change rooms, and without specifying the motivation, citing only a generic reason for booking and without giving us even a way to reply, to my weak complaint no but why? as soon as we arrived the lady immediately responded in a decided and unconscionable way with a nice customer yes yes yes! we were able to create a new property, and yet we knew that during a very long trip to Italy and that in the world!! However, once we arrived at the reception, the second request was that my wife could not have been in the same room as soon as the next day, so maybe they had already been in the same room, so they had not seen the next day, so maybe they had already been in the same room, so they had not even been able to communicate with me that day, and then we were not even

Treated badly because customers booking and then, according to them, B-series?

The hotel is excellent.The reception is very friendly and quick.The rooms are small but suitable for short stays and are very nice.The bathroom is equipped with many towels and is very clean.The room is equipped with both fan and air conditioner very easy to use.

That's great.

Great price-quality ratio. For breakfast you want there's the interior bar or many bars right on the main street. Parking is free on the street. Bed comfortable, friendly property.

Good solution

A small hotel with few common spaces, but more than enough for a living room without any pretensions, a very dignified and clean room, with everything you need, all functioning, shower with overcrowded jet, very stable iron bed, very suitable for a couple.

More than good

When I booked, I asked for secure bike parking - all I got was 'There is no parking'.  When I arrived, the manager said 'Preggo' in a tone of 'What do you want?'  I got the impression that he was more interested in running the bar than the hotel.  Yes the room was dark and cramped, but it was very clean and functional.  Walking distance to supermarket, and to several restaurants.

Basic, but service poor to average

It's not my job to give negative reviews but here they've crossed all boundaries! I imagine it won't be constructive or to improve but I would just advise readers to go somewhere else! Unless: you don't want to be awakened EVERY MORNING at 8 by the scream of the lady cleaning the rooms, dying of heat with a room air conditioner.

Let it go, look for something else.

I stayed in this hotel with a friend in the period after February the only positive thing we noticed was the free parking and the warmth of the staff for the rest leaves a little to give up... hygiene products are not there towels are not changed every day bad fabric, we had the balcony on the street not closed eyes, you can not use the air conditioner cause corona virus there was a fan quite noisy and anyway the air was circulating.. for what we paid I expected much more!

I wouldn't recommend it.

Only go to this hotel if you are looking for a cheap room in the area. We stayed for one night and I must say that the value for money of this hotel is only driven by its price. 
What was poor : 
1) No AC in the room while it was indicated otherwise when we booked. Impossible to sleep properly when its 35°C outside and that their noisy fan can't compensate... Hotel told us they cut out the AC because of Covid (first time we heard that during our 3 week trip in Italy), the least they should have done was to be upfront about it during the booking !
2) Location is not ideal, a little outside of Orbetello center, in a charmless area
What was good: the rooms are clean and ok. The staff was welcoming and nice.

Insufficient

Hotel dated. No elevator. Small room and very small bathroom and in poor condition (rubbery inlaid with limestone and services not very well kept). Poor breakfast (coffee or cappuccino, cornetto and yogurt). Low season price €70.
