The work with overbookings. So if you do an early reservation they charge you way to much (creditcard). Then they book other persons at a higher rate en then you can not contact them again. A few days before they do an annulation, and put the accomodation on "CLOSED", wich is not correct. We've been there to have a look and there were a lot of cars and even people in the swimming pool.

This place works with over booking. They took our money and worked 6 months and after that they canceled our booking the day before arriving when we were on the way . 3 months After canceling Casale Victoria cannot return our money. 

Incorrect 

If you are a company of five, they will put you in a lodging which is nothing like the pictures they put on the internet. We were put in a three-room flat where the stove caused black-outs and the sleeping compartments had iron-barred windows. The place is a death-trap in case of fire and is highly unlikely approved for accomodation. The facilities were also used for storage for broken furniture, hosted a tribe of ants and had a view of the guest-house garbage bags.
We left after the first night and were promised compensation. However, nothing was ever returned to us. Casale Victoria is now reported for fraud attempt.
In basic, this is a dangerous place, lodging is nothing like the pictures on the internet and the owner is irresponsible. We also register that the widely known and popular internet site through which we made our reservation, has after the process of documenting the irregularities and the reporting of Casale Victoria for fraud attempt, cancelled their cooperation with the guest-house.  
The Gardia-area is beautiful, this place is the exemption confirming the rule. Avoid it.   

To be avoided

This place has the potential to be amazing... but isn't there yet. 

When we arrived the livingroom smelled of gas. We told the man that was there and he would get a mechanic to have a look at the heatingsystem the next day. The place had been "cleaned" but was  far from clean. When we wanted to take a showed we rond out that we could not get in as the opening was less then 30cm to get into the shower. The next dag the heatingsystem was checked and repaired, they rook something off the showerdoors that gave us an extra inch or two so we could squeeze ourselves in but is was far from comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with old and incomplete gear. The oven wasnt working. Around the swimming pool there werd mostly cracked and wornout sunbeds. 

So did we have a bad stat? No, not at all. The surroundings is Nice and calm. But this place can be so much better with just soms small adjustments.

Put up some new sunbeds, equip the kitchen properly (IKEA).
Clean the appertments better (like under the beds and in the corner of the rooms)
Also the big garbage pile in the front was NOT very welcoming and easy to fix by putting up soms decent containers.
