Staying in this former summer residence of the local gentry sets new standards to B&B accommodation and service. The house is packed with evidence of an very influential past and offers four very comfortable rooms, each with its own characteristics. We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed the unmatched hospitality of our hosts, the excellent breakfast, the tranquility of the grounds and lush garden and the fabulous poolside facilities with excellent views on the Adriatic and surrounding hills. Not cheap but worth every euro and highly recommended for both business and leisure. We will definitely go back there.

This place is absolutely wonderful and we want to go back as soon as possible! Antonio, Eduardo and Giovanni were the perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble.  When we arrived we were given a small bottle of Prosecco which we enjoyed by the gorgeous pool, looking at the amazing view.  There was fresh fruit and flowers in our room too.  Lots of little touches that made it all special.  The house is beautifully furnished and the gardens are lovely.  Breakfast was a real treat.  The room was really nice with a great bathroom.  Antonio cooked for us on the evening we arrived, which was so delicious, we asked him to cook again on our last evening, which was also my husband's birthday.  He pulled out all the stops and the other guests joined us for a very memorable evening of fine food, wine and even a birthday cake made specially with a candle on top!  Would definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful Place!

Read, rested and got refresh -  an absolute delight.
Where to start?  I cannot recommend 'Il Monte delle Quaglie' enough.
The location is perfect, the rooms are spotlessly lean and the pool - wow.  To swim and then kneel up in the pool on the shallow shelf running around the its lip, and gaze at the stunning view of the Adriatic Sea - has to be experienced first hand!
The location is perfect for exploring Marche or as we were blessed with perfect Italian weather (sunshine during the day and a few rumbles and rain during the night) for reading, resting and being refreshed by the beautiful views.
Breakfast is served outside - ice cold juices, cheese, ham slices, yoghurt, fruit, toast, jams, pastries and coffee to mention a few all serviced by the lovely Alecia. 
All the above was enhanced by the kindness, care and welcome given to us by Antonio, Giovani and Eduardo  (whose discussions and understanding of UK politics was impressive).
Antonio's thoughtfulness, a jug of ice cold water by the pool, and sharing and tasting Italian cheeses with us, was the icing of the cake.
We are sorry to have to leave this little slice of tranquility behind although Antonio's  smile will carry us back to the UK.

Read,rested and refreshed

We arrived (amid a bit of difficulty finding our way) after dark to a warm reception by Eduardo.  We were the only guests there (they were closing for the season when we left) and were fabulously treated.  Our room was a delight and very comfortable-- a very modern, well equipped, and lovely decorated room and bath -- that stood in contrast to the more traditional and elegant setting of the rest of the house which has been in their family for many years.  I'm a fan of bed and breakfasts that tastefully integrate modern amenities and rooms with the traditional aspects of the property and this B&B certainly achieved that.
We asked Eduardo, whose English is very good, for a restaurant recommendation and he arranged for us to visit a wonderful family owned seafood restaurant in Fermo where we were the only tourists. It was clearly a favorite of locals and the food, particularly the mussels and clams, was some of the best of our entire trip.  On our return we found Eduardo and his father Giovanni in the living room with the fireplace going and we enjoyed a late night talk (and drink) with them about a range of topics that help give us a perspective on Italian life in these times.
In addition to helping us dine well for dinner, Eduardo and Giovanni prepared a beautiful breakfast spread that could have served many more guests.  And, because I had notified them in advance that I was gluten free they had gathered the most wonderful gluten free baked goods from a bakery in town.  And when I found it impossible to eat all of them they insisted we take them as we continued our drive to Milan!  
Our only real regret about staying there was that the weather turned rainy and cold so we were not able to enjoy the outdoors nor the view to the sea.  But even through the dreariness we could tell the property is in a magnificent setting. 
I can't say enough good things about this delightful experience we had in an area of Italy that few Americans frequent but clearly should.

Regretted We Weren't Staying Longer

Loved this B&B. Giovanni and Antonio give a very warm welcome and go out of their way to satisfy all request. One of our party wanted a large 'americano' style coffee - although not the custom in Italy, it was prepared to his liking for breakfast every morning. The pool area is incredibly relaxing and the bedrooms are lovely and super clean. Best place I have stayed in for a long time.
