Ordered pAsta and coffee,took an hour to arrive destroyed my bike travel plans. Indifferent and apathetic staff. The contempt for the customer is strange. One of the staff did apologize at least.I would not go here again I'm scared of how they treat people. I'm still in shock.

The worst experience dining in my life.

Asking for help, the staff/receptionist sometimes reacts in an unfriendly and strange way... better stay in one of the other hotels around...
Otherwise, average service, food is ok, rooms are not very clean...

Unwelcoming staff

The sports hotel. The building has seen its best times, but there have bee refurbishments done, so no disaster, just very plain. Still, working wifi in the public areas, the rooms were ok, beds not quite perfect but quite ok. The hotel restaurant wasn't even recommended by the guy at desk, who btw had us waiting for quite a while at check in and out. The reastaurand seemed much like a pizzeria, we chose to have our dinner a walk up the hill, instead, which I think was a good choice judfing from the breakfast. Very sparse, and the coffee was truly horrible.

Spartan, clean and friendly

Could have been a much better rating if the room wasn't so smelly. It seemed to us several bus drivers had been smoking in the room for one month. The smell was terrible. Besides that the walls are thin so you can almost recognize what are your neighbours talking about. On the contrary the location is great and room equipment is in decent shape.
