We had a wonderful 7-night stay at this villa! The location was superb, with convenient steps leading directly to the breathtaking beach. The water was crystal clear, perfect for a refreshing swim. The charm of lemon trees surrounding the villa added a delightful touch to our surroundings.

The villa's amenities were fantastic, especially the outdoor swimming pool that offered a mesmerizing view of the sea. The fully air-conditioned rooms provided comfort, and the well-equipped kitchen came in handy for those times we wanted to cook. Just a short drive away, Aspra boasted a variety of restaurants and dessert shops, offering a delectable culinary experience.

To explore nearby areas like Palermo and other attractions, having a car is recommended. We're grateful for the warm hospitality of the owners, Francesco and Sonia Argento. They were outstanding hosts, providing valuable information about the villa and the surrounding areas, including local grocery shops and recommended eateries. Their continuous check-ins to ensure our comfort truly made us feel at home. Overall, our stay here was a delightful experience that we'll cherish.

Superb beachfront villa!

We have spent three weeks in absolute tranquility and relaxation, enjoying a crystal clear sea and the enchanting colors of the sunsets. Already from the very first hours of the morning you immerse yourself in the peace of an uncontaminated nature, whose silence is broken only by the roaring of the waters and the singing of some gabbits. Along the central avenue of the resort you get intoxicated by the scents of the plants; from pine trees to lemon trees, figs to vines, which wrap you in an ancestral che, while you lose sight of admiring the Gulf of Palermo.

A magical place.

Villa Argento is truly a special place to relax, enjoy the sea, and experience all the things that make Sicily so wonderful.

My wife and I stayed here with the children in 2019; in 2023 we returned, just us two, for a few days at the end of a tour of the island.

Our room "Gelsomino" was nicely fixed up with an updated kitchen and bathroom.  It was cool, comfortable, and quiet.  The terrace outside the door made for a wonderful spot to enjoy morning coffee and look out onto the sea.  The views are tremendous.

A walkway at the back of the property leads to the water.  It was too chilly to swim in May, but the trek down to the sea will clear your mind and provide many stunning photo opportunities for your Instagram feed. 

Villa Argento is a wonderful spot to enjoy this part of Sicily.  It is just a ten minute drive to Aspra, a charming seaside fishing village.  We stopped to watch "i pescatori" clean and display their catch each morning as we headed to the Lorenzini Cafe for cappuccini and cornetti.  Our meal of fresh fish at Gallo d'Oro was also excellent.

The Bagheria train station is nearby, and the service to Palermo is frequent and easy - all the signage and announcements at the station are in Italian and English.  The regional train makes about 4 stops between Bagheria and Palermo, and the entire trip takes about 18 minutes.

The owners, Francesco and Sonia, are two of the most charming people you will ever meet, available to answer questions and resolve any concerns.

My 2019 review noted the problem with littering on the roads of Bagheria.  We were very pleased to see the City is making a concerted effort to address this; Bagheria was much cleaner on this visit.

A wonderful stay at Villa Argento

Villa Argento, a paradise near Palermo. Simply fantastic, a great place to relax. The owners are very warm and hospitable. They take care of each guest personally. We felt very comfortable. The apartment is sour and the pool overlooking the Gulf of Palermo is very beautiful. Every evening you can enjoy the wonderful sunset. Just to recommend. Go on any case. Top!!!! again

I have had the opportunity to visit Villa Argento for the first time and it was a perfect holiday. The villa is located right on the sea, access to a beautiful bay is by a staircase that provides access to the private property through a gate. The whole complex offers a pleasant privacy and is very well maintained, the huge lemon trees that you can see from the pool (from there you have a beautiful view of the whole Gulf of Palermo) as well as the Mediterranean gardens are an eye-opener. The apartments are equipped with everything you need (should be used once, and Sonia and Francesco are always in place), fully furnished and clean.

Very nice place near Palermo (only 20 min. by car) with a amazing view from the pool and the room/terasse. There is also a small beach nearby - Spiaggia dei Francesi. The host is very friendly and helpful 24/7. It er very quite and family friendly place.

Quitely and family friendly place with greate pool

The place is wonderfully situated on a small cliff above a spectacular beach with a private staircase to reach it. Rooms were basic, but very clean and nice. Pool was also nice extra. Finally Francesco is a wonderful active host. I would visit again!

Beautiful location, set in a breathtaking natural setting. Warm welcome and very kind and attentive housewives to the needs of customers. I highly recommend it to those who want to spend days of pleasant relaxation in contact with nature and the beautiful sea of our Sicily.

Stay to be repeated

The location of the property is ideal for those who want to relax and enjoy a wonderful sea and an excellent swimming pool with breathtaking views. The property is set in a large private plot with parking and a well-maintained shared area. Access to the sea is through a gateway that leads to a sea language divided between beach and really delicious cliffs. The Gelsomino apartment I stayed in has all the necessary comforts, well furnished, clean.
