3 bed semi detached house - 2 doubles and 1 twin room (all good size).  Largest double has ensuite with electric shower, no shower in main bath but that didnt cause a problem as family group.  Short walk to Lahinch main street - great location for family holiday.  House was very clean, Kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker and washing up liquid, cleaning cloths, dishwasher tablets provided.  Living room had tv with Irish channels.  Large sitting / living room with dining table and 2 sofas and 2 armchairs.  Patio doors to small back garden.  Parking in front of house off street.

Perfect for whats needed. 10 min walk to shop , local restaurants and pubs. 3 spacious bedrooms and lovely sized garden with open fire. We stayed in the red door lios na mara- lilly the supervisor was very helpful had loads of recommendations and the fire on for us when we arrived. Would definitely be back. Very good value for money. Perfect for a base during an irish staycation.

Just back from a 4 night stay here and we were delighted with it . As a family of 5 it had everything we needed and was spotless. It had everything you needed and more in the kitchen which made it easier for us when making breakfast / lunches .  It is about 10 mins walk to town ( longer if u have small kids ) and that was the only slight negative that we wish it was a little closer but it was fine. Had a brill holiday in lahinch and I would have no hesitation staying here again.

A group of 8 of us stayed here for the October Bank Holiday weekend 2014. We had previously booked a house to fit all 8 of us but it fell through last minute and we were lucky enough to find Lios Na Mara.

We had to rent 2 houses as they only sleep 6, cost us 600 for the 2 houses. Be careful because you get charged for electricity when you leave. Think it was €12 per house if you stay within the amount you're allowed use. You also need to give a deposit when you arrive, we had no problems getting the deposit back when we left. We spent most of our time in 1 house and half of us just slept in the other 1. Houses are big but very cold so make sure to bring something with you to light the fire in the sitting room, otherwise you'll spend a fortune on the electricity.

Kitchen is ok, if you're planning on cooking most of your meals instead of eating out maybe bring a few extra utensils in case, we managed between both houses and my sister brought pretty much everything but the kitchen sink with her!!! We ate out most of the time but had breakfast in the house and had take away Chinese one of the nights!

If you're looking for something up market and well maintained then Lios Na Mara is not for you. We had no issues with the place, was quite clean and Lily the manager was great, but the houses could do with some re-decorating and a bit more love and attention. However it's in an excellent location within walking distance to town.

Check out Ben's surf school, had a great morning trying to surf!!! We spent every night in The Corner Stone pub and had lunch there every day. Staff are great, food is good, nice busy spot at night time.

Exactly whats needed

Great spot

Basic but did the job!

A group of friends and mine went here for a few days. It was only a 5 minute brisk walk to the town centre.

The house was a great size: two double rooms and one twin. It could do with a bit more upkeep...there were switches tripping, bulbs missing in lamps/lights and the main shower wasn't working. 6 of us shared the en suite shower. It was do-able but with a little bit of tlc, the place would be more inviting.

The sitting room was a good large size with an open fire. A great house for a group of friends to hang out. It'd be even better if it got a 'once over.'

Great location

Stayed for 1 week in July. Size of accommodation good for family of 5. Walking distance of Lahinch beachfront. Lehinch fabulous place. Accommodation not clean. Bedding needed changed on one bed. Food left in fridge. TV didn't work. Remote had been smashed. Shower in ensuite was broken and could only be turned off and on from the bedroom electrical switch. Main issue was cleanliness. In comparison with other places we have stayed this should have been a great place to stay. Lack of care and effort very obvious.
