Visiting their leisure park during Hari Raya Haji long weekend & regret it so much. Its super crowded & the restaurant has a super duper long queue. 

Their Burangrang & Lutung kasarung restaurant waiting time 3-4 hours when I came 2 PM & the staff didn’t even limit the customers who already inside ate. Incredible!!! So God’s know if we queue, when will be our turn??! 

They have other so called ‘food court’, also another disaster!! People need to queue to pay their food at cashier counter & cashier will advice if the food that we wanted still available or not.and after that we need to go the the food counter to get our food which is another round of queue (again!!)

and all done manually. Example burger stall is overcrowded with the order; then the staff will go to cashier to told them to ‘hold on’ & not allowing others customers to bought their food. 

I spent nearly 2 hrs just to get food at this food court & ended up I can’t go to their playground (which need to queue also & the queue is insanely long). 

I really won’t recommend people to come especially during Indonesian long weekend. Their toilet also was dirty 😤

And management really need to look on how they manage the crowd especially at their restaurant and food court. It will be my 1st & last time came here. If I can put 0 star, I will definitely give it to them!!!

Horrible. Over crowded.

This a great family weekend getaway. Loads of attraction. We did the glamping. Love the idea of a perimeter fenced, real tent camping ground with an area spacious enough for a family to have a private bbq. We were  2 families and decided to order bbq dinner served at our own campsite. They came with 2 people who laid out an interesting spread and grilled the meat for us. Spread include fried rice, crackers, salad, fruits,  and corns among other things. Outdoor timber table and benches for dining, own campfire place and a proper bathroom/toilet facility in each camping ground. I was there in July 2019 and weather was cool. In the night, need a light jacket to keep warm. Camping ground is away from the hustle and bustle of Dusun Bambu. DB covers a huge area and offers many attractions. Recommended at least 2 nights of glamping. You can cycle, jog, or visit the rabbit farm that houses so many varieties of bunnies. Nearby DB, there is another huge attraction that offers ATV ( my kids said lame though), flying squirrel, and host of other outdoor stuff suitable mostly for young children under age 14. DB is in Lembang and takes about 5 hrs drive from Jakarta, estimate. 

I have travelled to many places in Jawa and I can say, I am impressed with how clean they maintain their touristy places, considering it is a very populated country and has a great number of visitors at any time.  The Safari Park in  Bogor is another pride of Indonesia. So clean and the animals look clean and healthy.

Love it!

Depending on traffic, an hour travel from Bandung city center. Worth a visit to get some fresh air in a beautiful scenery. Nice place to walk around. Perfect for photo shoots. And there's an enticing place to dine in with a very relaxing ambience.

Serene, beautiful landscape

I am writing this review 3.00 in the morning because we can't sleep. There  are loud noise from midnight with house music and people shouting and talking. I have complaint to the front office (100) and housekeeping (777), but nothing really change. It's not the kind of vacation I expected. With the price I paid, I expect at least management should be able to control the guest to be at least respect other guess especially at night.

We took 2 cottages for our family.  They were the family type of cottages with 2 bedrooms inside, a living room, bath room, dining table, kitchen appliances, stove and microwave, cuttleries, and a terrace all in traditional ambience and bamboos. The maintenance of the areas are quite good. Everything neat and tidy. Some of our kids-the teens and our teams stayed in a camping ground within the family leisure park, which they call Glamping or Glamorous Camping. There were quite big modern tents, with matrass and sleeping bag inside and other electrical equipments. Inside the tents are warm enough for them to sleep tightly. While inside the cottage there was portable heater in each cottage. At night there is a place to make bonfire near the cottage where we can also bake corns. And also camp fire by the camping zone.

The gardens, the park, were beautiful, they even have rice fields, ponds with boats/canoes, flower gardens, horses, outbond area like for flying fox etc, playing grounds for kids with slides and see saws, rabbits, and a place with games like in a night market. And from place to place within the area they have some sort of shuttle services called Mobil Wara wiri. And also they provide a nice international breakfast buffet in the morning at burangrang restaurant by the pond, the interior design was breathtaking all made of bamboos, woods and traditional but modern ambiance. So one day will not be enough to enjoy the fun with family. Recommended.

An Amazing Family Leisure Park with Hotel/Cottages in a Cool Weather Lembang Cisarua Bandung

Great place to holiday with family. The entrance ticket is IDR 25.000. You need to take a shuttle bus to the main park and pond. There are many street foods especially unique cotton candy. You can ride a boat IDR 10.000/pax. 

Sweet Escape

Stayed in Camp and In the village, so I can tell both side of the story. 

Location: 
Far from Bandung city (~1 hour driving). If you dont have your own car, make sure to spare some times for taxi booking to pick you back on the next day. Come early on Saturday or late in Sunday to avoid traffic jam. 

The complex consist of 2 accommodation types (Tent area/Campsites, Traditional village), a large clubhouse with market, restaurants, kids playground, bunny playground, ATV, and the famous bird nest dining area. All surrounded by a well designed park. At the other side of the park, you can also find recreational center with more adventurous activities such as shooting, or other outdoor attractions. All are well maintained and run by very attentive personnel. Shuttle within the area is going around every few minutes.

Camp:
Came with 2 kids who excited with the camp area. Every tend is actually a private yard (every camp has its own yard with privacy fences) equipped with large tend, enough for 8-10 adults, BBQ area, and an outdoor dining table. Private, modern bathroom with hot water is provided under dining area, but hidden from sights. Each tent is equipped with bedding (standard bedding is for 2 but enough for 3 if you arrange it together. Other option is to order additional bedding) and sleeping bag, telephone, water heater, power plugs, wifi, and some basic amenities.  

Day around the tent is fun and relaxing. It feels like in a real wood, but safer. Kids love to play around. Night is better because we can do BBQ party with the provided equipment (included in package: Charcoal, corncob, margarine, etc) together.

Night can be cold but still manageable as you have blankets and sleeping bag with you. I am warm blooded so I usually hate cold places, but in this case I enjoyed the night and the day. (Note: When I was there, it was raining for some hours during the night but I still feel okay).

Village:
Village is luxurious, less adventurous for sure and may be suitable for family with older age. Each house is designed in Sundanese style, with bedding at the living room and at full bedroom arrangement. Kitchen is available and private bathroom is also furnished. It was really an authentic sundanese experience. 

Cons?
Location is quite far from city, but hey... you are here to experience nature and nature hates the city.

Tips on Accommodation?
Family with kids should be at tent area. Formal meeting or having big family reunion with grandfather involved ? Pick Village. Honeymooners can choose any of them without any risk (though I still suggest tent)
