Never ever stay in this hotel, no matter what. Keep in mind: this is a 4 stars hotel. The only reason I don’t rate 1 star because the bedroom is clean. 

Let me provide you the brief

(1) In the 1st day of staying, I laundry my clothes and it was returned damp. I had to dry it using hair dryer. In addition, I had to pay the laundry charge immediately as it’d returned. It can’t be charged to the room (never witness this kind of practice in other 4 stars hotel). Furthermore, I had to proactively contact the front office asking the laundry to be returned.

(2) Still about the laundry. In the evening of the 1st day, there’s no laundry list provided in the room. When I ask the staff (when he returned my 1st day laundry clothes), he told me that they are running out of the list, so he told me just to put the clothes (to be laundries) in the laundry basket (box) and tomorrow morning (the 2nd day) it would be picked up by the staff. I followed the instruction and guess what happened when I  back to the room in the evening (the 2nd day)? The clothes were still in the box with an empty laundry list form on it. 

(3) They left a dirty mop (I think used to clean the room) on the table of the living room (I stayed in the Deluxe Premier). This is unbelievable, really unbelievable. 

(4) I think they have problem with the bathroom piping maintenance. There’s unpleasant stinky smell came out after I use the flush or sink. 

(5) The TV channels are very limited, around 30 channels only. No CNN, CNA, CNBC, BBC, HBO, etc.

(6) The breakfast choices were relatively much much less compare to other 4 stars hotel in Bali. Moreover, majority of the table arrangement is for 10 pax (a big round table) with no preparation at all. Just an empty tables.

(7) The room (and front office area in general) had a strong aroma of jasmine flower because they use a kind of aroma oil. I requested to remove the aroma oil from the room. However, the aroma/smell stays for at least 3 days (until the day I checked out). It seems like the aroma is staying forever. 

A question left is “is this the new standard of Aston Hotel chain globally or only happened in Denpasar?”

The worst 4 stars hotel I’d stayed so far

This by far is the WORSE ACCOR HOTEL I HAVE STAYED IN. The hotel is run down and the rooms are devastated. Never choose to stay at this property. 
The rooms and toilets are so run down and shame to even see accor associating wity such a hotel. 
So many flies in the toilet and in the room. 
No hot water for shower.

I stayed in this hotel for 1N at the end of a trip to Indonesia.

Your stay comes with pass-enabled access to a good quality gym in a "mall area" on the lower floors - which is mostly unused.

My room was spacious and of good quality.

Lots of choice for breakfast. 

Good. 

We enjoyed our overnight stay with breakfast. The room was dated but clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great care was taken to ensure gluten-free food for me at breakfast. My only complaint is that I couldn't find a WhatsApp contact number or an email address on Trip.com to contact the hotel beforehand, and as I had some issues with my phone, it was hard to contact them. For the price charged, this was a very good experience

Good hotel with friendly and welcoming team. If only the AC was on the lobby would be a cream on top welcome :).
Our chose this hotel as we travelling with kids and my mom. Communication is easy with the team. We had to leave mom n my 20 mth in the room requested for room servise and pay on my return that was passed on to all departments was hats off . 
My 12 year was so excited to be in the pool but it’s sad the closing time is 6pm. That needs to be on review by management . All in Bali returns in evening after the day tour so a splash will would be great.
Breakfast was amazing always a change of menu. 
Late check out request was greatly handled by Ayu and the team on Saturday.

Family time

It is a nice hotel room,  the staff members are friendly and helpful, helped us rent a motorcycle. Nearby everything; restaurants, ATMs. 
30 Bali minutes to the beach 😄. 
The breakfast is good. Located on the main busy road. The hotel is good for business meetings etc.

Great. I stay for a business trip. The room is good. my last stay i get an smart tv in my living room in 227., but not at 231. 
Special thank to Aristya (i don't know how to write her name) at the restaurant. She is so humble and helpful. 


Helpful staff

It's quite far away from any attractions. Food option is not appetising.

POSSIBLE CREDIT CARD FRAUD. I stayed there on January 23rd to january 27th 2023. At that time the hotel scanned my credit card to secure a deposit.  They correctly withdrew my expedia bill. with which I have no issue. However 5 additional amounts accounting to 80702 JPY were withdrawn against google ads exactly at the time I stayed there. The hotel was the only institution to physically touch my card in the previous two months. I used it on the 25th in Ubud and it cannot be that restaurant as the amounts were withdrawn beforehand. I approached the hotel to report the possibility that fraud has been committed by one of their staff. I contacted Google ads and they confirmed the card details were used by a third party (indonesian name gmail starting with S). Their accountant basically just said they have secure systems and their hotel does not record credit card information,  This is PATENTLY untrue because I was shown a print out of my card details (name, number, expiry and PIN) printed on a paper. This can ONLY be done if my information was stored on their system.  DO NOT LET THEM SEE YOUR CREDIT CARDI am still awaiting a satisfactory result from their accountant.
