Fabhotel Prime Royal Castle

I had one day stopover at Coimbatore in between my trip to Valparai . Wanted to cover Marudamalai and Isha and finally chosen this . There are other properties around the same location Customer care and booking are easy which is a blessing. Checkin took only 5 mins . None of the staff help you to carry luggage to your room which usually seen in other hotels . I liked this approach and if someone really needs it then I feel they will help. I had two rooms . One is normal family room and other a suite room. Rooms were decent size . One thing which I felt they should have sone better was not giving me two single bed in family room . had to call and get changed . But later they clarified me that reception person tried to give a room near to suit room and that is why mess up happened . Suit room had one king size bed plus another small room with sofa . No beds . There is a bar . My family was not happy with a big board displayed in the entrance but assume many others will find that useful Food was decent for limited choice given ... tried onion pakoda , dosa , jeera rice , curd rice ..phulka ..aaloo mutter etc. Overall i would rate a good hotel with all facilties in the city . Except the mess up and some trivial things I would have given full score
