What was bad
We paid a huge amount for a room that smelled, for the lifts that didn’t work. The room was completely different from the one shown in pictures. We thought booking through zen hotels would guarantee a nice stay, but it turned out to be quite the opposite. We repeatedly requested for a refund or change of rooms, but everybody turned a deaf ear to it.
