Quite serene and relaxing place. Very good to spend time with family and friends. 1793 meters above sea level. Very comfortable climate. And home cooked food to our choice with vegetables from thier own garden.

Leisure visit with family and friends

This is a British style Bungalow converted into a hotel.Very Spacious,clean and properly maintained by the Owner of the property Sri Nandha Kumar.The Food(Both Veg and Non Veg) is delicious.In front of the Hotel is a eastward sloping Tea estate belonging to the owner giving you nice view.

Excellent Place to Relax

Peak View as per it's owner Nandha Kumar is a renovated 150 years old British era cottage .  We stayed there 2 nights from Jan 25th 2018 ; rooms are spacious and high roofed. Bathrooms are big and well maintained with really hot water on tap [  Kotagiri  had 9 deg temperature at night]  . 
Place has good views of a peak and tea plantation. You can order food as per menu and it's nice, special mention of the fluffy idlis !
Catherine falls and Kodanadu view point are a 35 mins drive from here. Ooty is around an hour .

Those who are light sleepers may be slightly affected if they take an afternoon siesta as vehicle sounds filter through even though the cottage has the Ooty-Kotagiri highway towards it back.  Nights are OK though.

Overall great place; owner hires out the rooms to only families .

Great Place to stay close to Kotagiri

Stayed at this property for 4 nights and found it to be awesome. The room was absolutely clean and well maintained while the food was delicious. The owner of the property was very supportive and helped us plan our trip to perfection. Fully recommended!!

Amazing hospitality

Stayed here for 3 nights and we were the only people in the entire cottage and all the rooms were unoccupied. This is located away from maddening crowd of city and gave a very picturesque view of kotagiri. The care taker Vijyanti is a very good cook and she prepared for us the dosa nad utpams which we enjoyed in the morning sun outside in the garden.
