The hotel is located on the main road and close to Padmavati temple in Alamelu Manga Puram. Good rooms and courteous staff. Breakfast is limited but ok. A good budget hotel to stay while visiting Tirupati.

Good place to stay when visiting Tirupati

I spent 3 nights in this hotel last month. Its an average hotel by the road, No restaurant. Cleanliness is good. This is a OYO hotel so they maintain standard as prescribed by OYO. Unfortunately I selected a non-AC room, the room was hot like a furnace during night ! No window, U can imagine how I felt. They should not keep such room, Hopefully they are trying to convert this room to Ac room. Don't chose non-Ac room even by mistake ! Bus-stand is about 2 km form this place, U will find good restaurant nearby, autos are plying all the time...

3 Night stay at Reva Guest House

This is a average property. Check in was ok. No hassles. Asked for my Aadhar card and let me in. The lift just stinks, when you get a feeling that the room is also going to be the same, thankfully the room is decently maintained. Geyser and A/C were working. Geyser doesn't provide water for long periods of time. Wish they provide more towels for people staying for more than 1 day. Not many good restaurants around, you almost have to walk 1 kilometer down the road for a good restaurant.  Check out was fine too. Hardly took any time for  that.

Average price and average property

The rooms are maintained well, neat and clean, The washroom was also maintained tidy. The room was provided with table and chair. The hotel staffs were also very polite and behaved well. Overall average experience.

Average hotel

This was my second bad experince with Oyo. Hotel staff was like they did not had bath for 1 month or so. When I reach there was some issue I did not understand language but looking at them It was I think snake in there store room. So we left hotel immediately. I called makemytrip customer care and they connected me to OYO customer care but  representative of OYO said that its not hotlier fault you can check in and as now booking is not refundable on cancelation; we can not do anything. When Oyo team tried contacting hotel. Hotel guy was not responding. But fortunaty makemytrip guys cancelled my booking and refunded my amount as it was booked from makemytrip. I think Oyo is not at all recommonded option even for short stay mainly when you are with family.

Dont even think for this hotel if you are with family. 

Very ordinary with non-functional AC. Avoid if possible.
Only 3 cars can be parked outside the hotel. The hotel is on a wide road, so I am not sure how long you can park your car on the road without it being towed. I think for 1700 odd INR, thats all you will get here!
