We came to know about Shagoo palace through recommendations. What a place!!! Never felt that we are out of our home. Farukh ji was excellent host….Mrs. Farukh(bhabi) is an excellent cook….they took care of us like family members….we had our parents (senior citizens) travelling with us….they took special care for them….my father and my son can’t eat spicy food at all….the day we ordered Mutton roganjosh told requested Bhabi to prepare some mixed veg for my son and father as mutton roganjosh will be spicy….Bhabi is so considerate that she took extra effort and prepared mutton stew for them….it really touched our heart…. If you want to purchase good kesar (saffron) please check with bhabi. She will also help you with very good quality of dry fruits…. Farukh ji will help you if you want to purchase Kashmiri dress,saree….he will guide you through out your stay there for 4 nights and 5 days….clean room…cozy bed…..homely tasty food…and lovely family of Farukh ji….memorable stay….will definitely visit again and this time for more days….
