Poor management. Even after confirmed booking they denied entry as I booked at Rs 2000 AC room per day for 2 days and the time I reached it was peak season and they were charging Rs 3000 per day. Pathethic. BE AWARE !!!!!
They might deny you entry if you reach at middle of night and then you will be left with no other option.

We have been visiting Shirdi for last 10 years and as years to stay with this hotel really loved the location of Sai Smaran. It is very peaceful.As i mentioned in each review & of course an advantage is The temple is 5 mins walk from the hotel.big rooms clean washrooms.This time we requested Hotel management for few more additions like wi-fi,improve toiletry kit  and still there is no kitchen service,which is big disadvantage for good hotel.This time we saw 2-3 new hotels opened near to this hotel which will be big challenge for sai smaran in coming time therefore they shud have to improve quality of service for keep their loyal customers with them and they assure me for working on it coming days .The stay experience with "Hotel Sai Smaran" was very comfortable all the time.

"SHIRDI TRIP 2020"

Sai Smaran is  very close to Sri Sai baba mandir and the place is close to various food joints.The hotel room was okay and the staff also show matter of fact behaviour.There is no provision to prepare even a cup of coffee or tea in the morning and the room service also not up to the mark.By the time the coffee reached the room it was lukewarm and we had to pay Rs40 per cup.As a senior citizen  was disappointed by their attitude.The positive point is you can step out and drink tea on the way to the temple.

Good hotel in shirdi hotel sai smaran bcz very good hotel with good services nd good location. All staff is good nd Special Amit Varma he is very good person taking imedently action nd he knw how to handling guest ............................................

Best hotel

Hotel room was spacious and clean, But they have to improve their room service quality. Location was nice, only 200 mt. distance from the gate no 3. Also they don't have any restaurant. But you can find number of food courts near it.

''SHIRDI TRIP JULY 2018"

We have been visiting Shirdi for many years and have made a point to stay with new hotel. The stay experience with "Hotel Sai Smaran" was very comfortable. Here are some of our share of experiences and views:

1) Getting there : The hotel is at a walking distance from Gate No 2 of Sai mandir (about 500 meters) but many autowallas are unaware of it. We had to use Google map to locate it. It is very close to mandir but at the same time away from hustle bustle of main street. Very good location!

2) Lobby : At reception lobby, a big portrait of Sai baba along with a live diya takes away all the tiredness of travel. Staff was fairly quick with checkin formalities.

3) Rooms: We stayed in Executive Deluxe AC room. The room was spacious. Excellent AC, sealing fan and well lit room. Room had  fantastic arrangements for mosquito nets so that you can enjoy evening breeze over artificial AC air! Unfortunately there was no wardrobe to keep clothes and accessories. This is a MUST to have. Local cable is used for TV and it was NOT GOOD at all. Hot water was available throughout. Bathroom was spacious and convenient.

4) Cleanliness : Overall clean lobby, veranda, lifts but we did experience a cockroach visit in the room! The same was informed to the staff.

5) Food:  It needs major improvement as the options, especially during evening snack time are pretty limited

6) Staff : Helpful but service times can be improved.

Overall : We would definitely recommend Sai Smaran for travelers looking for peaceful, comfortable and economical place to stay at Shirdi!

Peaceful, Comfortable and Value for money stay at Shirdi!

I really loved the location of Sai Smaran. It is very peaceful. The temple is 5 mins walk from the hotel.
The rooms were okay. The bed was comfortable. The washroom was clean. Hot water is available 24/7. However I felt that the room should have had a sofa or some chairs to relax on. The room also didn't have any tea/coffee maker. 
The service was good. 

P.S : the hotel also has a cute Labrador named lucky.
