Dont ever go to this Hotel. Very rude behavoir from staff. Bogus hotel. They denied booking from Booking. Com and Oyo. Photo of this Property on different website is fraud. Review on different site is also false. Very Ordinary Hotel. Never go there

Very Worst Hotel-Never go there

Hotel management and staff goes beyond thr role to do everything possible make u feel comfortable. Manager leads from front. Room were neat and clean . Amazing location. Its simple and budget hotel but u enjoy ur stay like  home

Amazing customer service

Even if it's given free of cost nobody would take this room. The rooms are pathetic.Absolutely no hygiene. Worst service . Not at all customer friendly. There was no proper first aid kit with even basic medicines for a medical emergency.
Never ever stay in this place.

Worst Hotel ever visited

Our stay was very pleasant and the food was amazing.
Highly recommended for friends & family stay.
The staff were very co-operative and Mr. Rathod Sir was very helpful & friendly and suggested places for sight seeing. Overall a very good experience.

Very Nice Hotel , Beautiful View

Awesome place for a group of travelers to enjoy their visit to the lovely Mahabaleshwar hill. The staffs were courteous to all the guests and amenities were commendable. They have their own restaurant... and I would like to suggest you to get everything from there personally or have your food there... 'coz ordering might take a lot of time to deliver or they will forget your order due to some miscommunication. But none the less... their food preparations were yummy. 

Hot water timings - 7AM to 10 AM but the staff will deliver them manually when ever required.

Also.. I should add this is one of the most romantic feel elevating places I've stayed so far. The underground rooms situated right next to the mulberry farms, swing in the balcony and a mini refrigerator are the cherry on the top.

Fantastic Place for Couples!

so this hotel is basically divided in new and old. Make sure you book the new cottages they are nice to stay. You will get water here but for food you will have to look outside if you are a pure vegetarian. overall its a decent place to stay .

Mesmerising Stay

Stayed in cottage of mulberry inn hotel in Mahabaleshwar. Cottages are very good, well maintained and full greenery around. Room service is good. Location is centre place between Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar. Food in restaurant is delicious. Value for money.

Mulberry inn cottages

This was probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had in my entire life. First, they put in the wrong location so we had to travel approximately 20 kilometers back and forth to find it and we were already exhausted after a long travel and when we finally arrived at the location, the house looked okay from the outside but just as we stepped in, nothing was upright. The kitchen was a mess. The couches were broken. The bathroom had no working showers. We were given time constraints for using the geyser under the pretext of tripping of the circuit. Upon negotiating, the care taker agreed to turn it on for 20 minutes. How are 9 people supposed to take a shower in that time frame? There's more. The showers weren't running. Hot water wasn't even hot. We had to clean the fridge and the kitchen sink by ourselves. And there was no mention of extra charges for using the kitchen which were Rs. 500 per day which they made us pay in advance without giving us any valid receipt. And we didn't even use it. Upon ordering the food from their restaurant, it was brought in a tiffin box instead of disposable containers which were past our point of tolerance. So we decided to leave and asked for a refund upon which they blocked our exit and asked for money for the using the bathrooms and wasting" their water. The staff was blunt and very abusive towards us. They only let us go after we paid them money other wise they told us theyd'd follow us anywhere we go in Mahabaleshwar and not let us get a room anywhere.

SUPER CRAP

The food is good. The stay is decent. We also visited the strawberry farms which was right next to the hotel otherwise it is difficult to go all the way to the villages and have a look at the strawberry farms.
