Main apne husband ke sath gai thi ghumne ke liye bahut hi achcha hai so nice view oyo hotel royal I am very happy then yahan main bilkul aana chahungi bar bar aana chahungi kyunki bahut achcha hai aur couples ke liye to bahut hi achcha hai yahan car service bhi ho bahut achcha hai

I stayed there 4 days ago......the service was really good. The rooms were well maintained and clean. I met the owner, Mr. Bindra, he was really humble and an impressive personality. I loved the hospitality I received there and I am eager to visit there again

Me and my friend was there for some work and was stay in this hotel.We got excellent hospitality and service. They also arrange all the local sightseeing and airport drop at very reasonable price.
Hope we will be there again in this hotel.

Very nice experience

One of the Good and Budgetable Hotel.

I am very well travelled and have stayed in all classes of hotels and hostels over the years and I have to say, this hotel is up there with one of the very worst. 
I had one night in Delhi before a morning flight so was wanting a hotel close to the airport. My travel agent booked this hotel for me, I really don’t know why!  Taxi got lost at took 1.5hrs to reach hotel   Upon arrival I was filled with dread at the look of it but it was late and I was tired and it was only for one night.   By this time it is 8.30pm.  The room is not ready ?  Really.??  After 15 mins I was shown to my room, and hoped to have a good night sleep before return flight to the uk the following morning.   
I got ready for bed, went to the loo, no toilet paper.  No biggie, this is India, I have tissue.   I wash my hands , no soap. AND NO TOWEL. The phone doesn’t work So I have to get dressed to go to reception , meanwhile I see two false eyelash stuck to the mirror!  So I go to reception to ask for toilet paper and towel and when they come to room I show them the eyelashes and the filth on the bedside shelf. 
I would have left the hotel but it was late so I bedded down for the night.  There was noise all night with people coming and going and talking and phones ringing.   The hotel has an open stair case all the way up from reception and the noise carried all the way up. I’d managed to drift off about 4am only to be woken up at 4.30am by people trying to get in to my room and when i screamed I heard them laughing and running away.    Time to get up and leave, I’d rather be sat in Delhi airport than in this hell hole any longer.   Went to reception to await my Uber, receptionist was asleep at the desk and two staff sleeping on the only two sofas in reception 
With brown iron bars on the windows (although not actually windows), muck on the floor, stains on the curtains and bed runner this is the worst place ever.  As a single lady I was very uncomfortable there.  PLEASE DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL.  I can’t believe that others have reviewed this differently.  How can anyone find this place good?   I really don’t have high expectations, like I say I have stayed low budget and in hostels on many of occasion but this is by far the worst place I have ever spent a night.  


Worst hotel EVER

I and my wife visited the hotel and experienced a wrost stay . location is terrible and bad services . More over when check in they told us the rent 1100 which we agreed but when check out they charge us 2000 for one day saying tax and etc.... Same time other guest also fighting about charges... Request people going to this hotel please avoid the place as the rooms are dirty ,in closed windows ,holes in all the wall and unnsafe location ..please don't lissen to the auto ricksa and taxi people as the are the agent of the hotels ...please try hotels nearby pahadganj or korlbhag.
