Nice and comfortable place . Inroom dinning food was great. Small issue related cleanliness but was solved. Accessibility was ok. We booked room online and it was awesome . I will sure recommend to stay there for business travelers and small trip planner .

Horrible Experience - Stay Away!Our recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. We had booked two deluxe quadruple rooms, expecting a comfortable stay, but what we encountered was shocking. One of the rooms was completely uninhabitable due to a cockroach infestation, forcing all four of us to cram into the other room.Even the room we stayed in was in terrible condition:1.The toilet seats were filthy and clearly not cleaned.2.The bedsheets had hair on them, showing a complete lack of hygiene.3.The room was extremely smelly, making it uncomfortable to stay in.4.To make things worse, the flush didn’t work, and we had to use the bathroom in another room.We tried reaching out to the hotel staff for assistance, but no one responded to our requests. The level of neglect and lack of basic hygiene was shocking for a property claiming to offer “deluxe” accommodations.This was one of the most disappointing stays I’ve ever experienced. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and strongly urge others to avoid it at all costs.

Most dirty 3star hotel i ever stayed. I would expect Expedia to have standard hotels in listings.

We were denied our one night stay and told that we could not stay in the same room - we are a racially mixed /not married couple. No where in their description of the hotel did they state “ no unmarried couples.”  And they flatly refused to give us a reason we could not share the same room.  Instead, they claimed that they did not receive payment from Expedia even though the booking was confirmed by Expedia.  I showed the manager of hotel my bank account showing the payment for the booking, along with the booking confirmation.  But still he claimed they did not receive the payment, nor did he make any attempt to contact Expedia stating it wasn’t his problem, nor could he do anything about it.I have never had a problem with my previous Expedia booking confirmations in India.

These companies will not accept third-party reservations and will not accept reservations made through EXPEDIA.com. To understand the situation with the current reservation, I had a bad experience with customer service and reception. This was my bad experience, and they are refusing to refund the money for the reservation we made through "Expedia." Expedia has the most stringent refund policies.

The only reason we stayed here is because it was close to the bus stop at soon circle. Rooms were very small, no ventilation and smelled bad. The decorative pillows on the bed smelled like they hadn’t been washed in years.  The bed was reasonable comfortable. Bathrooms were very dirty and rusty and there was no warm water. Front desk staff were very nice but the bell boys try to take your bags to your room and if you refuse they will show you to your room and ask for a tip for doing absolutely nothing. They want to help you with everything and want a tip. Please let guests do things for themselves. It seemed like every single person that worked here wanted a tip for even helping you hail a cab. No one really wanted to help you without money. Like maybe do something because your nice and not demand a tip. Also, being from Canada,  the bell boys stared at me constantly. It was not polite and I felt very uncomfortable. 

Annoying and disappointing stay 

The hotel located in transport area not appealing at all. The is no any mobile network coverage in this hotel, if you want to call you have to come out to the road. WiFi facility is available but no use not working Small room size. Fully suffocating hotel. No windows in any room. No restaurant is in hotel.

Do not book this hotel

Stayed here for few hours. Rooms are very small and dirty. Washroom is pathetic. The owner over charged me. Do not visit this place! Service is very poor and there was no water in the washroom. No lift as well!

Pathetic visit

Booked this hotel for three nights. Upon arrival we realized that the rooms are unfit for staying (broken doors, dirty, mosquitoes, etc.) and decided to move out within an hour. We were told by the hotel staff that the money would be refunded for two nights and later hotels.com (booked it via them) informed that they agreed to refund only for a night. Oyo and hotels.com were unhelpful.
