Had a good stay in nice comfortable room when I was in mumbai for a meeting. The staff was very helpful and was always available. had a chance to meet the owner, a down to earth fellow. Will visit again.

Comfortable Stay

The Hotel accomodation is amazing with helpfull staff. Mindblowing location with well maintained hygiene. Foods are delicious. Rooms were very well maintained in terms of hygyiene. The Hotel also gives free Wifi access.

Interesting architecture and Decor

Not so Amazing, because they could not give us the room as per the Hotel Confirmation, saying that you did not pay earlier., if you had paid earlier then you would have definitely got the same.  And they shifted to Hotel Garden Park which was approximate 2 kilometers from the Hotel which we booked.

This place is located on LBS Marg, Kurla-west where in near by many business districts are located like BKC, Ghatkopar etc. From outside it looks decent and well maintained but in reality it's a devil's den. Small , smelly rooms, dirty linens & beds. Not so clean bathrooms. Sometimes even staff is rude to core. I belive better to avoid this place for better.

Cost mentioned and cost asked at check-in different. Size of single bed room is very small. Even bathroom is not attached.
At the time of check out, card reader/ debit card reader is not working. Asked, told not been working for days.

Incorrect information

So we visited this place a few weeks ago. The place was dirty, the staff didn't care for the customers needs what so ever. I found them quite rude.

The day before we left, we had £600 taken from our LOCKED room, making in clear it was the staff. When confronted, they didn't care about the money and we didn't get it back.

NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE!!!!! 

TRUELY TERRIBLE GUEST HOUSE!!

While this may be adequate for local guests, it certainly isn't fit for purpose or up to Western expectations.The room was an airless, windowless box so small I could barely get my medium size trolley case in through the door. The fan was very noisy and I half expected it to whirr off its badly wired hinges and slice my head off.  When I turned it off to try to get some sleep I thought I would die of asphyxiation. There was no oxygen at all. The temperature was in the mid  30s. The bed was too short and I could not stretch my legs out. I had to ask for the bedding to be changed as the top cover looked dirty and it smelt.The bathroom was fine and the staff were very helpful.  However, this is one to avoid. If I had read previous reviews I would have passed too. This hotel should not be listed on Expedia.

Thank goodness I only stayed one night

Title says it allbut along with that, the room was extremely small, no windows.  The wifi went out and I could not get in touch with expedia since there was no wifi (did not have a phone) and was told don't worry, don't worry it will be fixed soon.  That soon was 16 hours laterAlso bathroom was a typical India one.  They also did not have a hose, but they did have water.  You would have to clean yourself with your hand though.  No toilet paper provided

Good Location

So I visited this property since I had an appointment at the US embassy the next day. Being a lady I was in two minds whether i should have stayed in a budget hotel or a slighted bigger hotel. But all my doubts were put to rest once I visited the property. The staff there were extremely warm and treated me like how my family would, full marks to them. The person sitting at the reception was very cooperative, he was helping me with all my queries and suggested some places around for dinner and recreation. Overall I had a very good experience and the fact that it is so close to the US Embassy is just the cherry on the cake.
