Nice location, nice people, curtious staff, parking available. This is perfect place if you have a big family or friends going together. Big duplex rooms, property is little old but well maintained, near to most off all attractions. Over all good experience. 

Excellent!!!

This was a good resort for the family. We were 4 couples and each room is having duplex type. The management is very cooperative and service was excellent. I enjoyed filter coffee every morning. The only complaint was, AC not working. Staff tried to fix it but couldn't. As weather was pleasant, we could manage.

Vacation to Madikeri

Very nice homestay with home cooked tasty food. Don't expect 5 star services but its clean, family friendly with helping staff, all ladies. Parking is available. DInner service is really good with food which can  be customised as per your taste. Cottages are big and can easily accommodate 2 families with kids.

Nice homestay especially for families

Very nice and peaceful place. Its at the right side of the road which goes to the Club Mahindra Resort. There are total 3 cottages, attached to each other (like row houses). Each cottage has 2 bedrooms, one at ground level other at 1st floor. the steps to the 1st floor bedroom is from the ground floor bedroom, just like any duplex house. There are 2 bathrooms (very big), for each bedroom. Each bedroom has a TV. Those who wants home cooked food then look no further. This is the place. But need to order the lunch and dinner before 11AM, so that the cook(a lady) can go to market and buy the vegetables. They have a in-house kitchen which is run by 2-3 ladies. Its all ladies group there. They make very homely food. So people who are looking for Chatpata khanna, avoid this place. You will only get the food that will take care of your stomach. But thats the thing that matters. Who wants to spoil their trip eating road side food. Car parking is for 3 cars. One for each cottage. If a group comes with 2 cars then I think they have to park their extra car outside near the road. which I felt is not safe as its a quite busy road. A perfect place to relax and enjoy with parents and families. Very safe for ladies. You will feel like home. The ladies (staff) will take good care of you

I stayed here 2 days in last week with family. Its fairly small place with few rooms, but the rooms are duple in style with really spacious. Its really suitable for 5-6 people group, with out any difficulties. Its actually a extended style home stay, well behaved and really feels the hospitality in service. both rooms have TV and bathrooms and kept very neat. Locations is bit away, but not so far and if your have a vehicle, it doesn't matter. i will definitely recommend this place.

nice place for family stay

The so called home stay was the worst experience in my lifetime. Gloomy ambience of the property with multiple pitfalls resulted in a miserable stay for me and my colleague with family. We had to vacate  and  cut short our stay at this property as nothing worked favorably. Faulty light points, fan not working, remotes missing, TV wires etc snapped with no display, dirty linen, fungal infected pillows were few highlights. Spider webs could be seen all around inside the room with lizard droppings at several places on tables and chairs could make the healthiest person sick. Had to request for fresh drinking water and the coffee which never got prepared as though promised but nothing was readily available with the caretaker.    The so called kitchen for guests appeared to be shabby with a fridge in totally unhygienic conditions. Foot mat in place of hand towel for which the caretaker continued to be adamant. The partners have to revamp the property or guests will continue to be cheated going by the website photographs. Also, no privacy within the duplex stay arrangements.

Miserable  Stay Under Unhygienic Conditions : Lack of Hospitality and  Unprofessionalism Amounting to Cheating

Owner lady is a thug, cheater, she took away our money and told to is that we cannot stay because room is booked, we had already paid online from yatra, she told to vacate the room, never returned the money to us, that shows what kind of business she is running, thief , of you are reading this never book this place, who knows there are cameras hidden what kind of business this lady runs who cannot return our money.

We have booked this through traveltriangle (and they through customizetrip.com). We reached there around 8:30PM, it was dark all over and the time we reached there was power cut on and off (we did not know that)
1. When we reached there, there was only one lady who came out and opened the gate. (it was raining as well)
2. Power went out while we were still in the car
3. Then she switched on the generator.
4. She said to get into the duplex right in front of us and  to take care of the check in formalities next day (as the madam of the property is not there and will come only next day)
5. We took our hand bags and went in to check the place out. (In the meanwhile her husband I think came and took the other bags from the car and kept inside the place)
6. We asked for the dinner and they said madam did not tell us, (problem was the customizetrip.com fellows did not inform these guys about our booking, which we fully paid for and without any bargaining at all)
7. Then I started talking to the madam, and said no food, no power, she said just deal with it and go have food about 3 kms away (as the cooks went home as well)
8. We immediately packed our bags and left from that place

No refunds whatsoever, never ever ever book this, they claim that they are 4*, I am not sure if they even know what they are claiming.

Pathetic service, pathetic management.

Very very unprofessional. Only care about money and not about the customers, even if they have a kid, they don't care.
