Never come here …better you don’t come.  The bed sheets are not clean, it’s not clean, food is below average. The location is annoying and absolutely not meant for tourists to stay.  A day stay was as painful as I could imagine.  Unfortunately my options were all finished

best property in jaisalmer in rajasthan from my experience is mannat. Quality food, polite staff ,timely service. hotel room are  clean & big . jaisalmer is good place  so I came here again with family .

The hotel is well maintained and rooms are spacious with balcony.  The room have all the basic amenties like tv , ac , geyser and everything is working. The grocery store is nearby and all tourist attractions are 10-15 minutes away from this hotel.

Excellent experience with Mannat excellency neet and clean room and food was very tasty and staff was very coprative they arrange cheap price cab and camping and manager bhim Singh was very helpful person and best guide in Jaisalmer highly recommend Mannat excellency Jaisalmer

A hotel is far away from fort but still better staff and quality food...

group booking of 7 rooms  booked, very disappointed, if we could able then can give -10, no staff, cook was cleaning the toilet and preparing food, room total dirty, some lights, ac and heater was not working, only one staff very rude, when we threaten for police then they provide some service....totally fraud, no single amenities which are mentioned here as well as shown in pics

I came here again.. this time with my wife and family.. very comfortable stay.. enjoyed a lot.. hotel rooms are very clean .. staff is very good and helpful.. you guys can book this hotel without any doubt..

Very comfortable

Located in City Centre. Good service. Nice ambience. Service were good. The hotel is old but maintenance is good.Bathroom spacious and hot water was available. Every body can enjoy three to four days there.

Hotel is good but the manager of the hotel is pathetic and ruined the experience whole time- very rude, do not have any decent behavior and always asking for money first. Instances below-

1. Came for an early check-in at 6:45AM, the receptionist mentioned that RS 340/- to be paid as early check-in and spoke to manager. But the manager came and asked RS 500/- and said to pay first or room would not be given, saying "Abhi de do". Refused to pay saying that every hotel asks payment completely while check-out only and we will pay later. After lots of arguments, unhappily he budged.

2. He asked that for sightseeing auto he would arrange. Asked for a payment of RS 600/-. The auto he arranged, was dropping at sites and taking other fares in between, every time we have to call the driver and wait for 15-20 mins.

3. He arranged a vehicle for going to desert Safari asking payment of RS 2000, saying you can pay after the trip. While going out he changed his stance and ask us to pay him RS 1000/- right away first. Paid him. While returning the driver started asking for RS 1000/-, so we told the manager told to pay the money to him only. We met the manager and asked him as the vehicle is arranged by the hotel, why he can not record all payments and take the money only later at check out. He became rude and asked to pay then and there- paid him the rest RS 1000/-. Then behaved very rudely and said "you have not paid RS 500/- for early check in till"!!!- which was supposed to be paid at check out. he said-"Abhi counter mein pay karo". We paid then and there but said a complain  should be raised against him because of his intolerable behaviour. he said- "karlo Jo Karna Hain".

4. Hotel was half empty, he said earlier you can check out at 12noon , instead of 11am. We had a train at 4pm...next day he refused saying "check out at 11, as you said you will complain against me toh 11 baje Ghar Khali karo!!!" Checked-out at 11am.

5. Complementary breakfast not good-poha and tea, no choice.

6.
