The property is a true five star property, but there was one thing which really set the notch higher, and that was the exceptional courtesy offer to us by the hotel staff. In the middle east, it’s a very common practice in most of the five star properties to take food from the buffet for elderly or young children for whom it’s difficult to go to have food in the buffet, but in India, this is the first hotel where I experienced this. I was in awe of the staff and the level of their courtesy The food is amazing. Amazing Uber amazing. The ITC brand has become my second, most favourite brand after Oberoi Thank you, ITC Rajputana Royale Thank you, Mr. Krishna, Mr. Chandru from F&B and Mr MaruRam from the electric department
